2. Important Safety Information

When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:

5. Installation

This electric fireplace supports both wall-mounted and built-in (recessed) installation methods. Choose the method that best suits your space and follow the instructions carefully.

General Installation Guidelines:

• Ensure the installation location is dry, stable, and can support the weight of the fireplace.

• Ensure a grounded electrical outlet is within reach of the power cord.
• Always have at least two people for lifting and positioning the fireplace unit.

Wall-Mounted Installation:

6. Operation

Your Towallmark Electric Fireplace can be operated using the included remote control or the LED touch screen on the unit itself.

• Dimmer Button: Changes the flame brightness (5 levels).
• Low Heating Button: Activates the 750W heating mode.
• High Heating Button: Activates the 1500W heating mode.

Flame Settings:

The fireplace offers 12 different flame colors and 5 brightness levels, allowing you to customize the ambiance. Use the 'Color Button' on the remote or touch panel to cycle through the colors, and the 'Dimmer Button' to adjust brightness. The flame effect can be operated independently of the heating function.

Heat Settings:
