5. Maintenance and Care

5.1 Battery Maintenance

To ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of the lithium battery:

  • Recharge the product promptly when the battery level falls below 20%.
  • For long-term storage, maintain the battery level at over 50%.
  • Optimal usage range for longest battery life is between 20% and 90% charge. Avoid consistently discharging below 20% or charging above 90% as this can generate more heat and shorten battery life.

5.2 Environmental Considerations

The power station is designed for normal weather conditions but is not waterproof. Avoid using it in rainy environments or where it may come into contact with water, as this can lead to short circuits or electric shock.

5.3 Cooling System

The P1300 is equipped with 4 powerful cooling fans to dissipate heat, ensuring stable operation. Three fans are located at the heat dissipation outlet, and one is built into the inverter. Ensure the vents are not obstructed during use.

6. Troubleshooting

Q1: How do I know if the P1300 can power my device?

A: The P1300 can power any appliance rated at 1300W or less. Check the wattage requirement of your device before connecting.

Q2: How do I know the working time of my device?

A: You can estimate the working time using the formula: Working time = 1154Wh * 0.85 / working power of the device. For example, a 100W device would run for approximately 9.8 hours (1154 * 0.85 / 100 = 9.8). Actual times may vary based on usage.

Q3: What should I do if the power consumption seems fast during first use?

A: This is a characteristic of new lithium batteries. Perform 2-3 full charge and discharge cycles (charge to 90%, discharge to 20%) to normalize the battery capacity.

Q4: What panels are compatible with this solar generator?

A: Compatible solar panel range: 18V-43V, 300W MAX. It is compatible with 99% of solar panels on the market.
