3. Setup and Initial Configuration

3.2 Setting World Time

  1. From Timekeeping Mode, press the MODE button to navigate to World Time Mode.
  2. Use the SEARCH button (bottom right) to scroll through different city codes/time zones.
  3. The watch will display the current time for the selected city.

3.3 Setting Alarms

  1. From Timekeeping Mode, press the MODE button until you reach the Alarm Mode.
  2. Use the SEARCH button (bottom right) to select one of the five available alarms (AL1 to AL5) or the Snooze Alarm (SNZ).
  3. Press and hold the ADJUST button (top left) until the alarm time starts to flash.
  4. Use the MODE button to switch between hour and minute settings.
  5. Use the SEARCH button to change the flashing value.
  6. Press the ADJUST button to confirm and exit.
  7. To turn an alarm on/off, select the alarm and press the ADJUST button.

4. Operating the Watch

4.1 Digital Compass

  1. From Timekeeping Mode, press the COMP button (bottom right) to enter Compass Mode.
  2. Hold the watch level and away from magnetic interference (e.g., large metal objects, other electronic devices).
  3. The watch will display the current direction (e.g., N, NE, SW) and a graphic direction pointer.
  4. For accurate readings, perform a bidirectional calibration as described in the full user manual if needed.

4.2 Thermometer

  1. The thermometer reading is displayed in Compass Mode, alongside the compass direction.
  2. For an accurate ambient temperature reading, remove the watch from your wrist for at least 20-30 minutes to avoid body heat interference.
  3. The display range is -10 to 60 ℃ (14 to 140 ℉), with a display unit of 0.1 ℃ (0.2 ℉).

4.3 Stopwatch

  1. From Timekeeping Mode, press the MODE button to navigate to Stopwatch Mode.
  2. Press the SEARCH button (bottom right) to start and stop the stopwatch.
  3. Press the ADJUST button (top left) to reset the stopwatch to zero.
  4. The stopwatch measures up to 59 minutes, 59.99 seconds.

4.4 Countdown Timer

  1. From Timekeeping Mode, press the MODE button to navigate to Timer Mode.
  2. Press and hold the ADJUST button (top left) to set the countdown start time.
  3. Use the MODE button to switch between hour and minute settings, and the SEARCH button to change the values.
  4. Press ADJUST to confirm.
  5. Press the SEARCH button to start and stop the countdown.

4.5 Backlight (Illuminator)

  • Press the LIGHT button (top right) to illuminate the display for a few seconds.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Water Resistance

  • The watch is water resistant to 200 meters. This means it is suitable for recreational scuba diving.
