Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the charging case to a USB power source using the provided cable. The indicator light on the case will show charging status.

2. Initial Pairing

1. Ensure the earbuds are in the charging case and the case has power.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for "QCY MeloBuds Pro" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
5. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.

3. Multipoint Pairing

The QCY MeloBuds Pro supports connecting to two devices simultaneously. After connecting to the first device, disable Bluetooth on the first device, then connect to the second device. Re-enable Bluetooth on the first device, and the earbuds will automatically connect to both.

Operating Instructions

Touch Controls

The MeloBuds Pro feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud. Specific functions can be customized via the QCY App.

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on the left earbud.
• Switch Noise Cancellation Mode: Press and hold the right earbud for 2 seconds.

Noise Cancellation Modes

The MeloBuds Pro offer Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) up to 46dB, with four distinct modes to suit your environment.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure earbuds are charged. Place them back in the case, close, then open again to re-enter pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings.
• Only one earbud working: Try resetting the earbuds. Ensure both earbuds are properly seated in the charging case.
• Poor sound quality: Check for debris in the earbud nozzles. Ensure a stable Bluetooth connection. If using LDAC, confirm your device supports it and it's enabled.
• Noise cancellation not effective: Ensure earbuds are properly seated in your ears for a good seal. Cycle through ANC modes by pressing and holding the right earbud.
• Earbuds not charging: Clean the charging contacts on both earbuds and inside the case. Ensure the charging cable and power source are functional.
