Installation

The daphino solar light is designed for easy wall-mounted installation. Follow these steps:

  1. Choose a Location: Select a location that receives ample direct sunlight throughout the day to ensure the solar panel charges effectively. A recommended mounting height is 7-8 feet.
  2. Mount the Bracket: Use the provided screws and plastic anchors to securely attach the wall bracket to your desired surface.
  3. Select Operating Mode: Before hanging the light, press the button on the back of the solar sensor LED light to select your desired operating mode (Mode 1, 2, or 3).
  4. Hang the Light: Slide the solar light unit onto the installed wall bracket, ensuring it clicks securely into place. Make sure the solar panel is facing upwards to capture sunlight.
  5. Adjust Light Heads: Adjust the three light heads and the solar panel independently to achieve the desired lighting angle and solar exposure. The light heads can be adjusted up to 90° each, providing up to 355° wide-angle illumination.

Operating Modes

The daphino solar light offers three distinct operating modes, selectable via the button on the back of the unit or the included remote control:

  • Mode 1 (Motion Sensor Only): The light remains off until motion is detected. Upon detection, the light turns on at 100% brightness and automatically turns off after approximately 30 seconds of no motion.
  • Mode 2 (Constant Light All Night): The light turns on at night and stays on at a moderate brightness (approximately 30%) throughout the night, regardless of motion.
  • Mode 3 (Intelligent Brightness Control): The light stays on at a dim brightness (approximately 10%) all night. When motion is detected, it brightens to 100% and then returns to dim mode after approximately 30 seconds of no motion.
