Single-Port Charging:

• USB-C1 (Top Port): Up to 65W Max (Ideal for laptops and devices requiring high power).
• USB-C2 (Middle Port): Up to 20W Max.
• USB-A (Bottom Port): Up to 18W Max.

  • Ensure the charger is securely plugged into a live power outlet.
  • Verify that the charging cable is properly connected to both the charger and your device.
  • Try using a different cable or port to rule out cable or port issues.
  • Confirm your device is compatible with the charger's output specifications.
• Slow charging:
  • Ensure you are using a fast-charging compatible cable.
  • Check the power distribution section (Section 5) to understand how power is shared across multiple ports. Disconnecting other devices may increase charging speed for a single device.
  • Some devices may limit charging speed when the battery is nearly full to preserve battery health.
• Charger feels warm:
  • It is normal for the charger to become warm during operation, especially during high-power charging. The Temp°Guard technology actively manages heat.
  • If the charger becomes excessively hot, disconnect it immediately and contact support.
