Introduction
This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Tuanzi D11 Smartwatch with integrated TWS Bluetooth Earbuds. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper function and to maximize your user experience.

Setup
1. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the smartwatch and earbuds. Connect the provided charging cable to the magnetic charging points on the back of the smartwatch and to a USB power source. The earbuds charge automatically when placed inside the smartwatch compartment.

2. App Installation and Pairing
The companion application for the D11 Smartwatch is named FaceLink. It is compatible with iOS 12 and above, Android 7.0 and above, and HarmonyOS 3 and above.
- Download the "FaceLink" app from your smartphone's app store (Apple App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android).
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
- Open the FaceLink app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.
- In the app, navigate to the device pairing section and select "Add Device".
- The app will search for nearby devices. Select "D11" from the list to initiate pairing.
- Confirm the pairing request on both your smartphone and the smartwatch screen.
3. Earbud Pairing
The TWS earbuds are designed to pair automatically with the smartwatch and your phone once removed from their charging compartment within the watch.
- Ensure the earbuds are charged by placing them in the smartwatch compartment.
- Remove the earbuds from the smartwatch. They will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your smartphone, go to Bluetooth settings and look for "D11 Earbuds" or a similar name to connect.
- Once connected, the earbuds are ready for use with your phone for audio and calls.

Operating the Smartwatch
Basic Navigation
- Touch Screen: Swipe left/right, up/down to navigate menus and access features. Tap to select.
- Side Button: Typically used to return to the home screen, power on/off, or access the app menu.
- Raise Wrist to Light Up Screen: Enable this feature in the FaceLink app for convenience.
Watch Faces and UI
The D11 Smartwatch supports personalized dials via the FaceLink app and offers 6 UI interface switching options. Long-press the watch face to change it, or customize further through the app.

Communication Features
- Bluetooth Dial-up Call: Make and receive calls directly from the smartwatch. Access the address book or dial numbers.
- Information Reminders: Receive notifications for SMS, incoming calls, WeChat, Alipay, QQ, Facebook, Twitter, Line, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other apps.
- NFC: Utilize NFC functionality as supported by the device and compatible services.

Music Control (Wear on both ears)
- Play/Pause: Click the left or right earbud once.
- Previous Song: Double-click the left earbud.
- Next Song: Double-click the right earbud.
- Volume Decrease: Long-press the left earbud.
- Volume Increase: Long-press the right earbud.
- Voice Assistant: Triple-click either earbud.
Call Control
- Answer/Hang Up: Single-click either earbud.
- Reject Call: Long-press either earbud.
- Increase Volume During Call: Long-press either earbud.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the smartwatch and earbuds with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Water Resistance: The device is designed for daily use and may withstand splashes, but it is not recommended for swimming or showering. Avoid prolonged exposure to water.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the device frequently. Charge regularly.
Troubleshooting
- Device not turning on:
- Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again.
- Smartwatch not connecting to phone:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- Check if the FaceLink app is running and the device is selected for pairing.
- Restart both your phone and the smartwatch.
- Forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pair through the FaceLink app.
- Earbuds not pairing or no sound:
- Ensure earbuds are charged by placing them in the smartwatch compartment.
- Remove earbuds and check your phone's Bluetooth settings to ensure they are connected.
- Try forgetting the earbuds in your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pairing.
- Inaccurate health data:
- Ensure the smartwatch is worn snugly on your wrist, not too tight or too loose. Avoid excessive movement during measurements. Note that this device is not a medical device and data is for reference only.
