3. Product Overview

3.1 Key Components

4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the coin counter and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Placement: Place the unit on a stable, flat surface. Ensure adequate space around the machine for operation and coin collection.
- Power Connection: Connect the provided power cord to the power input port on the back of the unit, then plug it into a standard electrical outlet.
- External Display (Optional): If desired, connect the external display cable to the designated port on the main unit.
- Coin Collection: Position the coin collection bins or coin wrappers into their respective slots at the front of the machine. Ensure they are securely in place to prevent coins from spilling.

5. Operation
5.1 Powering On/Off
- Press the POWER button (usually marked with a power symbol) to turn the unit on. The TFT display will illuminate.
- To turn off, press and hold the POWER button. The unit will also power down automatically if inactive for 20 seconds.
5.2 Loading Coins
- Ensure the coin hopper is clear of any debris.
- Place mixed coins into the coin hopper. Avoid overloading the hopper to prevent jams and ensure accurate sorting. It is recommended not to fill the hopper to its maximum 1,500 coin capacity at once.
5.3 Starting and Stopping Counting
- Press the START button to begin the sorting and counting process.
- Press the STOP button to pause or end the current operation.
5.4 Batch Counting
- Press the BAT (Batch) button.
- Use the number keys (0-9) to set the desired batch count for each denomination (e.g., 25 for quarters, 50 for dimes). Batch counts can be set from 0 to 999.
- Press SET to confirm the batch settings.
- When a set batch count is reached for a denomination, the machine will pause. Remove the full coin wrapper/bin and replace it with an empty one, then press START to resume.
5.5 Reading the Display
- The TFT display shows the total number of coins (PCS) and the total monetary value (USD).
- Individual denomination counts and values are also displayed, allowing for a clear overview of the sorted coins.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
- Regularly clean the coin pathways and sensors using the provided brush.
- Ensure the reject bin is emptied frequently to prevent overflow and potential jams.
- Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
6.2 Clearing Coin Jams
- If a coin jam occurs, the machine may stop and display an error message.
- Turn off the power.
- Carefully remove any jammed coins from the hopper, sorting pathways, and output slots. Use the cleaning brush if necessary.
- Ensure all pathways are clear before restarting the machine.
6.3 Fuse Replacement
- If the unit fails to power on, check the fuse located near the power input port.
- Unplug the power cord.
- Carefully remove the fuse holder and replace the fuse with the provided spare fuse (or an equivalent).
- Reinsert the fuse holder and reconnect the power cord.
