Setup

Initial Power On and Pairing

1. Remove the insulation film from the earbuds.
2. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid for 10 seconds.
3. Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
4. On your device (phone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth.
5. Search for "SOUNDPEATS PearlClip Pro" in the Bluetooth device list and select it to connect.
6. A voice prompt will confirm successful connection.

Troubleshooting

Factory Reset

1. Delete the earbuds' pairing information from your device(s) Bluetooth list.
2. Place both earbuds into their corresponding slots in the charging case, ensuring they are properly seated and charging.
3. Close the charging case lid for 10 seconds, then open the lid again.
4. With the lid open, press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds until the status indicator light flashes red rapidly three times. The reset is now complete.
5. After the factory reset is complete, the earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by the charging case status light flashing white continuously.

Force Enter Pairing Mode

1. Place both earbuds into their corresponding slots in the charging case, ensuring they are properly seated.
2. Close the charging case lid for 10 seconds, then open the lid again.
3. Press and hold the charging case button for 2 seconds. When the status indicator light flashes white continuously, the earbuds have entered pairing mode.
