3. Setup Guide
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the dispenser. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the side of the dispensing unit and plug it into a compatible USB adapter (not included). The power indicator light will show charging status.

3.2 Filter Installation and Preparation
- Take out the water pumping unit from the main reservoir.
- If replacing, turn counter-clockwise to remove the used filter.
- Screw a new filter clockwise into the lock position.
- For better filtration, activate the filter by flushing it. Discard the first tank of filtered water and do not drink it.
- When using a new filter for the first time, wait about 10 seconds for water to flow through.
- Put the water pumping unit back into the system.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Filling the Reservoir
Open the small circular lid on the top of the dispenser to access the filling port. Pour tap water directly into the reservoir. The dispenser has a convenient handle for easy transport to and from your sink for refilling. Ensure not to exceed the maximum fill line.
4.2 Dispensing Water
Place your cup or container directly under the dispensing spout. Press the water drop button on the top of the dispensing unit twice to start the water flow. Press the button once more to stop the flow. The system provides instant filtered water.

4.3 Smart Indicator Lights
- Power Indicator: Flashes red when the battery is low and needs recharging. Stays green when charging is complete.
- Filter Life Indicator: A blue light indicates the filter is working properly. A red flashing light suggests the filter needs replacement soon. A solid red light means the filter needs immediate replacement.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Filter Replacement
The filter should be replaced approximately every 3 months or after filtering 80 gallons of water, whichever comes first. Follow the steps outlined in Section 3.2 for filter installation and preparation when replacing the filter.
5.2 Cleaning
Regularly clean the reservoir and dispensing unit with mild soap and water. Ensure all parts are thoroughly rinsed and dried before reassembly. Do not submerge the electronic dispensing unit in water.
6. Troubleshooting
- Slow Water Flow: This may indicate a clogged or expired filter. Check the filter life indicator and replace the filter if necessary.
- Unpleasant Taste or Odor: This is typically a sign that the filter needs to be replaced. Ensure the new filter is properly flushed before use.
- Dispenser Not Turning On/Off: Ensure the battery is charged. If the issue persists, try resetting the unit by holding down the water drop button for 3 seconds (after filter replacement).
- Water Leaks: Check that all components, especially the filter and dispensing unit, are correctly seated and tightened.
