Important Safety Instructions

Read all instructions before using the kettle.
Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
To protect against fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the kettle base in water or other liquid.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
Do not use outdoors.
Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to 'off', then remove plug from wall outlet.
Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
Always ensure the lid is securely closed during operation.
The kettle must only be used with the base provided.

Setup

Before First Use

Remove all packaging materials from the kettle and its base.
Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the kettle or base in water.
Fill the kettle with clean water to the MAX fill line.
Boil the water, then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.

Placing the Kettle on the Power Base

Place the power base on a dry, flat, stable surface.
Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a grounded electrical outlet.
Place the kettle firmly onto the power base. The 360° rotating base allows for easy placement from any angle.

Operating Instructions

Filling the Kettle

Remove the kettle from its power base.
Open the lid.
Fill the kettle with the desired amount of fresh water. Do not fill below the MIN mark or above the MAX mark. For single servings, use the '1 CUP' internal marking to save energy.
Close the lid securely.

Boiling Water

Place the filled kettle back onto the power base.
Press the ON/OFF switch down. The LED indicator light will illuminate, indicating the kettle is heating.
The kettle will automatically shut off once the water has boiled, and the indicator light will turn off.
Carefully lift the kettle from the base and pour the hot water. Be cautious of steam and hot surfaces.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Evoloop Electric Tea Kettle.

Cleaning the Exterior

Always unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
Ensure the power base and cord remain dry.

Cleaning the Interior (Descaling)

Mineral deposits from water can build up inside the kettle over time, affecting performance. Descale regularly, especially in hard water areas.

Fill the kettle with a mixture of 1 part white vinegar and 2 parts water.
Bring the mixture to a boil and let it stand for at least 30 minutes, or longer for heavy scale.
Empty the kettle and rinse thoroughly with fresh water several times.
For stubborn deposits, repeat the process or use a commercial descaling solution following its instructions.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your kettle, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Kettle does not heat up.	Kettle not properly placed on the base. Power cord not plugged in. No power at the outlet. Boil-dry protection activated.	Ensure kettle is correctly seated on the base.
