4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Speaker

4.2 Powering On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the Power button until you hear an audible prompt.

4.3 Bluetooth Pairing

The speaker will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode when powered on for the first time or if no device is connected.

4.4 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

For an enhanced stereo experience, you can pair two GEARit Portable Bluetooth Wireless Speakers together.

1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), short press the TWS button (wireless icon). It will emit a pairing tone.
3. The primary speaker will automatically search for and connect to the secondary speaker.
4. Once paired, both speakers will emit a confirmation tone, and the TWS indicator on both speakers will light up.
5. Now, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in section 4.3.

4.5 Other Connectivity Options

• AUX-in: Connect an audio device using the 3.5mm AUX cable to the AUX-in port. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.
• MicroSD Card: Insert a MicroSD card with music files into the TF slot. The speaker will automatically switch to MicroSD mode and begin playback.
• USB Playback: Insert a USB drive with music files into the USB-A port. The speaker will automatically switch to USB mode and begin playback.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Playback

• Play/Pause: Short press the Play/Pause button.
• Volume Adjustment: Short press the Volume Up (+) or Volume Down (-) buttons.
• Next/Previous Track: Long press the Volume Up (+) for the next track or Volume Down (-) for the previous track.

5.2 EQ Modes

The speaker features two Equalizer (EQ) modes to optimize sound for different environments.

• Short press the EQ button to switch between Indoor and Outdoor modes.

• TWS pairing failed:
  1. Ensure both speakers are not connected to any other Bluetooth device before initiating TWS pairing.
  2. Place speakers close to each other during pairing.
  3. Try resetting both speakers and repeating the TWS pairing process.
