Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in death or serious injury.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Babies have suffocated:
- On pillows, on soft bedding, comforters, and extra padding.
- In gaps between a wrong-size mattress, or extra padding and product sides.
- NEVER add soft bedding or padding.
- USE ONLY mattress provided by manufacturer.
- ALWAYS place baby on back to sleep to reduce the risk of SIDS and suffocation.
- If a sheet is used with the pad/mattress, use only the one provided by the product manufacturer or one specifically designed to fit the dimension of the product mattress.
FALL HAZARD: To help prevent falls,
- Do not use this product when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached 9kgs (19.84lbs), whichever comes first.
WARNING:
- A bedside sleeper is designed to provide a sleeping area for an infant until he or she begins to push up on hands and knees or approximately 5 months of age. Move your child to another sleeping product when your child reaches this stage.
Entrapment Hazard — To prevent death from entrapment, bedside sleeper must be properly secured to adult bed using the attachment system.
- There must be no more than 1/2 in. (13 mm) gap between bedside sleeper and adult bed.
- Check tightness before each use by pulling bed side sleeper in a direction away from adult bed.
- If gap exceeds 1/2 in. (13 mm), DO NOT use product. Do not fill the gap with pillows, blankets or other items that are suffocation hazards.
- This bedside sleeper is designed for use only with adult beds between 22.05 and 27.17 inches from floor to top of adult mattress.
- To avoid death from the infant's neck being caught on the top rail on the side that is next to the adult bed the top rail must be no higher than the adult bed mattress.
- Always read and follow manufacturers assembly instruction for each product use mode (bedside sleeper or bassinet).
- Always use ALL required parts for each use mode. Check instruction manual for a list of required parts. Periodically check product for loose, damaged or missing parts.
- Baby Bassinet must not be tilted or inclined during use. Never leave your child unattended, please use under adult supervision.

Follow these steps for quick and easy assembly:
- Assemble the Main Frame: Begin by connecting the height-adjustable bars to the sleeper frame. Ensure they click securely into place.
- Attach the Crossbar: Insert the crossbar between the two height-adjustable bars to stabilize the base.
- Install Bottom Legs: Attach the bottom legs to the base of the frame, ensuring the wheels are facing outwards.
- Secure the Stabilizing Bar: Connect the stabilizing bar to the lower part of the frame for added rigidity.
- Insert the Mattress: Place the provided mattress firmly into the bassinet. Ensure it fits snugly without any gaps.
- Final Check: Verify all connections are secure and the bassinet is stable before placing your baby inside.

Operating Instructions
1. Adjusting Height
The Larex Baby Bassinet offers 7 different height settings to match various bed or sofa heights, making it convenient for parents. To adjust the height, press the adjustment buttons on each side of the frame and slide the legs up or down to the desired level. Ensure both sides are set to the same height for stability.

2. Bedside Sleeper Mode
To use the bassinet as a bedside sleeper, unzip and lower one of the mesh side panels. Secure the bassinet to your bed using the provided safety belt, ensuring there is no gap between the bassinet and your mattress. This allows for easy access to your baby during the night.
