Maintenance
To maintain the quality and appearance of your JUMMICO Sectional Couch, please follow these guidelines:
- Cleaning: The seat and back cushion covers are removable and machine washable. For best results, wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and air dry. Do not bleach.
- Spot Cleaning: For minor spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid rubbing, which can spread the stain. Use a mild fabric cleaner if necessary, testing on an inconspicuous area first.
- General Care: Regularly vacuum the sofa to remove dust and debris. Fluff cushions periodically to maintain their shape and comfort.
- Safety: All foam and upholstered surfaces meet flammability standards. Keep away from open flames or high heat sources. Supervise children and pets to avoid entrapment risks and potential damage to the fabric.
Troubleshooting
Here are solutions to common issues you might encounter:
- Cushions appear flat: Allow 24-72 hours for vacuum-packed cushions to fully expand after unpacking. Fluff them regularly to help restore their shape.
- Modules not connecting securely: Ensure all brackets are correctly aligned and fully engaged. Double-check that all bolts and washers are tightened properly.
- Wobbling: Verify that all legs are securely attached and tightened. Ensure the sofa is placed on a flat, even surface.
- Missing parts: If any parts are missing upon delivery, please contact the retailer for assistance.
