3.1 Front View

4. Setup

4.1 Inserting the Battery

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the bottom or side of the camera.

  4. Close the battery compartment cover until it clicks securely into place.

  3. To remove, press the card gently until it springs out.

4.3 Charging the Battery

  1. Connect the small end of the USB-C cable to the camera's USB-C port.
  2. Connect the larger end of the USB-C cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The charging indicator light will illuminate. It will turn off or change color when charging is complete.

4.4 Attaching the Wrist Strap

Thread the wrist strap through the designated loop on the side of the camera to prevent accidental drops.

5. Operating the Camera

5.1 Powering On/Off

Press and hold the Power button (usually on the top of the camera) for a few seconds to turn the camera on or off.

5.2 Taking Photos

  1. Turn on the camera.
  2. Frame your shot using the 2.4-inch display.
  3. Use the W/T buttons to adjust the 16x digital zoom.
  4. Press the Shutter button (or OK button) halfway to focus, then press fully to capture the image.

5.3 Recording Videos

  1. Turn on the camera.
  2. Switch to video recording mode (refer to the on-screen menu if necessary).

  4. Press the Shutter button again to stop recording.

  2. On the camera screen, select "PC Camera" mode when prompted.

To transfer photos and videos to your computer:

  1. Connect the camera to your computer using the USB-C cable.
  2. On the camera screen, select "MSDC" (Mass Storage Device Class) mode when prompted.
