Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your TV, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- No Power:
Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the TV and the wall outlet. Check if the outlet is functional by plugging in another device. Try a different power outlet.
- No Picture/Sound:
Verify that the correct input source is selected. Check all cable connections (HDMI, AV, antenna) to external devices. If using an antenna, ensure it is properly connected and tuned.
- Remote Control Not Working:
Check and replace the batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV's IR sensor. Point the remote directly at the TV.
- Network Connection Issues:
Restart your Wi-Fi router. Ensure the TV is within range of your Wi-Fi signal. Re-enter your Wi-Fi password in the TV's network settings. For persistent issues, try connecting via an Ethernet cable if available (though this model primarily uses Wi-Fi).
- Picture Quality Issues (e.g., blurry, grainy):
Check the resolution of the input source. Adjust picture settings (brightness, contrast, sharpness) in the TV menu. Ensure Dynamic Noise Reduction (DNR) is enabled if desired.
If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact CHIQ customer support.
