Setup

1. Attaching the Stand

1. Carefully place the TV screen-down on a soft, flat surface to prevent damage.
2. Align the stand feet with the corresponding screw holes on the bottom of the TV.
3. Securely fasten the stand feet using the provided screws.

2. Connecting Power

Plug the power cord into the TV's power input, then connect the other end to a suitable wall outlet. Ensure the power supply matches the TV's voltage requirements.

3. Initial Setup

Upon first power-on, the TV will guide you through the initial setup process, including language selection, network connection (Wi-Fi), and Google account sign-in for Google TV features.

4. Wall Mounting (Optional)

The CHIQ L32M9E supports VESA mounting type MIS-F with a hole spacing of 20 x 20 cm. Use a compatible wall mount bracket (sold separately) and follow the instructions provided with the bracket for safe installation.

Operating Your TV

Remote Control

The included remote control allows full navigation and control of your Smart TV. Insert the provided Alkaline batteries into the remote, ensuring correct polarity. Refer to Figure 2 for the button layout.

The remote features dedicated buttons for popular streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube for quick access.

Google TV Interface

Google TV organizes your favorite content from various streaming services into a single, personalized interface. Recommendations are tailored to your viewing habits. Navigate using the remote's directional pad and OK button.

Google Assistant Voice Control

Activate the built-in Google Assistant by pressing the dedicated button on your remote. Use voice commands to search for content, control playback, adjust volume, and manage smart home devices.

The TV also includes Dynamic Noise Reduction (DNR) to optimize the input signal source, resolving potential issues with input noise and ensuring a clear, flawless picture.

Choose from seven picture modes (Sports, Standard, Vivid, User, Game, Energy Saving, Film) to optimize your viewing experience based on content.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Screen

Gently wipe the screen with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a specialized screen cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Cleaning the Cabinet

Wipe the TV cabinet with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners directly on the cabinet.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your TV, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• No Power:

  Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the TV and the wall outlet. Check if the outlet is functional by plugging in another device. Try a different power outlet.
• No Picture/Sound:

  Check the resolution of the input source. Adjust picture settings (brightness, contrast, sharpness) in the TV menu. Ensure Dynamic Noise Reduction (DNR) is enabled if desired.
