Setup

1. Placement

Place the unit on a stable, level surface. Ensure there is at least 19 inches of clearance above the unit for proper ventilation and operation. Avoid placing it near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

2. Water Supply Connection

Your unit offers two methods for water supply:

• Manual Fill: Open the top cover and pour pure water directly into the water tank until it reaches the MAX fill line. The internal water tank capacity is approximately 0.8 gallons.
• Automatic Water Line Connection: For continuous water supply, connect the provided 10ft PE water inlet hose to the water intake port at the back of the unit. Use the appropriate 1/2" or 1/4" adapter to connect the other end of the hose to your water filtration system or household water line.

3. Initial Cleaning

Operating Instructions

Control Panel Overview

The control panel features intuitive touch buttons and indicator lights:

• Power: Indicates if the unit is powered on.
• Add Water: Illuminates when the water reservoir needs refilling.
• Unlock: Safety lock for hot water dispensing.
• Hot Water: Activates the hot water heating function.
• Ice Block: Initiates the ice making cycle.
• Cold Water: Activates the cold water cooling function.

1. Hot Water Dispensing

To dispense hot water (≥194℉):

1. Place a cup under the hot water spout.
2. Press the Unlock button (lock icon) to disable the safety lock.
3. Press the Hot button to dispense hot water. Press again to stop.

2. Cold Water Dispensing

To dispense cold water (≤46℉):

1. Place a cup under the cold water spout.
2. Press the Cold button to dispense cold water. Press again to stop.

3. Ice Making

To make bullet ice cubes:

1. Ensure the water reservoir is filled.
2. Press the Ice Block button. The indicator light will flash, signifying the ice-making cycle has begun.
3. Ice cubes will be produced in approximately 6-8 minutes per cycle. The unit can store up to 4 pounds of ice.
4. To dispense ice, place a cup under the ice spout and press the Ice button.

4. Crushed Ice (Manual Process)

This unit produces bullet ice. To obtain crushed ice, you will need to manually transfer the bullet ice into the internal ice crushing mechanism (if available) or use an external ice crusher.

Maintenance

1. Regular Cleaning

Regular cleaning is crucial for maintaining hygiene and optimal performance. Use the provided cleaning brush and NUNET Ice Machine Cleaner for best results.

2. Draining the Unit

If the unit will not be used for an extended period, or for deep cleaning, drain the water from both the hot and cold water reservoirs using the drain plugs located at the bottom of the unit.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

• Unit Not Powering On: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check the power indicator light on the control panel.
• "Add Water" Indicator On: The water reservoir is low. Refill manually or check the automatic water line connection.
• No Hot Water: Ensure the hot water function is activated and the safety unlock button has been pressed. Allow sufficient time for the water to heat up (approximately 9 minutes).
• No Cold Water: Ensure the cold water function is activated. Allow sufficient time for the water to cool (approximately 14 minutes).
