5.1 Resolving Flashing Odometer Issue
If your vehicle's odometer is flashing after installation, this typically indicates a CANbus communication issue. Follow these steps to attempt to resolve it:
- Access Car Settings:
- Go to Menu -> Car Settings -> Factory Settings.
- Enter the password: 000000.
- Select Model Selection -> "Simplesoft" -> "Fiat" -> "Doblo".
- Then select "Fiat Doblo 2015 (PR5-FT-002 (DOBLO_XP03))".
- Configure Dashboard:
- Go to "Vehicle Information APK" -> "Dashboard Configuration".
- Select "Model Selection" -> "Select Type 3".
- Reset Procedure:
- Turn off the car stereo.
- Remove the car key.
- Close the car door.
- Wait for approximately half an hour.
- Re-enter the car and start the car stereo.
Important: Pay close attention to the steps and waiting times. If "Type 3" does not resolve the issue, try selecting "Type 1" or "Type 2" in the "Dashboard Configuration" settings.
