ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Blender does not turn on.Not plugged in; power switch off; jar not correctly seated.Ensure power cord is securely plugged in. Press POWER button. Ensure jar is fully locked onto the motor base.
Ingredients are not blending smoothly.Too little liquid; too many ingredients; ingredients are too large.Add more liquid. Reduce ingredient quantity. Cut ingredients into smaller pieces. Use the plunger to push ingredients towards the blades.
Lid leaks during operation.Lid not properly secured; gasket misalignment; overfilling.Ensure the lid is firmly pressed down and locked into place. Check the lid's sealing gasket for proper alignment. Do not fill the jar above the maximum fill line. For very thick mixtures, you may need to hold the lid down during blending.
