2. Setup Guide

2.1 Unboxing and Placement

  1. Carefully remove the air purifier and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Place the air purifier on a flat, stable surface, ensuring at least 15 cm (6 inches) of space from walls or furniture for optimal airflow.

2.2 Filter Installation

The AP2000WF comes with a genuine replacement filter pack. Ensure the filter is properly installed before first use.

  1. Locate the filter compartment cover on the back of the unit.
  2. Open the cover and remove any protective packaging from the filter.
  3. Insert the filter into the compartment, ensuring it is seated correctly. The 'FRONT' label on the filter should face outwards.
  4. Close the filter compartment cover securely.

2.3 Power Connection

Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. The unit will enter standby mode.

3.1 Control Panel Functions

3.2 PM 2.5 Display and Air Quality Sensor

3.4 App & Voice Control

The AP2000WF can be controlled via the “Smart Life” app (supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks) and voice commands through Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. This allows for remote control, monitoring air quality, and checking filter life.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Filter Replacement

The filter life indicator on the display or app will notify you when it's time to replace the filter. Always use genuine KNKA replacement filters to maintain optimal performance.

  1. Turn off and unplug the air purifier.
  2. Open the filter compartment cover.
  3. Remove the old filter and dispose of it properly.
  4. Install a new genuine KNKA AP2000WF replacement filter (model AP2000LX HEPA filter).
  5. Close the filter compartment cover.
  6. Plug in the air purifier and press the 'Reset' button on the control panel to reset the filter life indicator.
