Introduction

The NICHE SNOWSQUATCH UTV Snow Plow System is designed for efficient snow removal with its adjustable 60-72 inch steel blade and universal mounting capabilities. This system is compatible with various UTV brands, including Can-Am, Polaris, Yamaha, Honda, Arctic Cat, CFMOTO, John Deere, and Kawasaki. It features a modular blade design allowing for multiple width adjustments and five angle settings to adapt to different plowing conditions. A winch (not included) is required for operation. Please note that some model applications may require minor frame modifications for proper fitment.

Setup and Assembly

Blade Assembly

1. Attach the wear bars to the bottom edge of the steel blade using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure they are securely fastened but allow for minor adjustments until final tightening.
2. Connect the blade sections if applicable, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening.

Mounting System Assembly

1. Assemble the universal mount kit components, including the push tube and mounting plate.
2. Attach the assembled mounting system to your UTV's frame. This universal mount is designed to fit most major brands, but some models may require minor frame modifications. Ensure all bolts are finger-tight initially.

Attaching Blade to Mount

1. Connect the assembled blade to the mounting system using the pivot pins and cotter pins.
2. Attach the trip springs to the blade and mounting frame. These springs allow the blade to trip forward if it encounters an immovable object, preventing damage.

Final Adjustments

1. Once all components are assembled, ensure the plow is level and properly aligned.
2. Tighten all bolts and nuts securely.
3. Install the adjustable skid shoes to set the desired plowing height.

Winch Operation

A UTV-mounted winch (not included) is required to raise and lower the snow plow blade. Connect the winch cable securely to the designated attachment point on the plow frame.

Blade Angle Adjustment

The modular blade design allows for 5 quick-change angle settings. This enables you to push snow straight ahead or angle it to the left or right, depending on your plowing needs. Use the simple clevis and cotter pin system for quick disassembly and angle changes.
