1. Safety Guidelines

2. Setup and Assembly
Your BLUVALL V1-BA01 Electric Fat Tire Bike comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly process.
2.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection
- Carefully open the packaging box.
- Remove the bicycle from its packaging.
- Remove all protective cotton and packaging materials from the bike frame and components.

2.2 Attaching the Kickstand
- Loosen the foot pedal screw on the kickstand.
- Attach the kickstand to the ebike frame and secure it with two bolts. Ensure it is firmly attached.
2.3 Installing the Front Wheel
- Remove the fixing rod from the front fork.
- Remove the protective disc from the front wheel.
- Take out the axle from the accessory box, remove one side nut and washer.
- Insert the axle into the center of the front wheel.
- Install the shaft sleeve, shaft washer, and nut onto the axle.
- Install the front wheel onto the fork. Ensure the fork is attached to the axle and the brake disc is placed in the middle of the brake caliper.
- Tighten the nuts at both ends of the axle in a clockwise direction using a wrench.

2.4 Adjusting the Stem and Installing the Handlebar
- Loosen the bolts on the stem and rotate the stem to align with the front wheel.
- Tighten the 3 bolts already on the stem to secure the stem in place.
- Loosen the four screws from the ebike stem where the handlebar will be attached.
- Place the handlebar into the stem and adjust its angle to ensure it is level and comfortable.
- Tighten the four screws to secure the handlebar.
2.5 Installing the Saddle
- Open the quick release clamp located under the seat post.
- Adjust the quick release clamp according to the desired tightness.
- Insert the seat post into the frame.
- Lock the quick release clamp to fasten the seat in place.
2.6 Installing the Pedals
- The left pedal is tightened counter-clockwise.
- The right pedal is tightened clockwise.
- Ensure pedals are securely tightened to prevent loosening during rides.
2.7 Attaching Front Fender and Headlight
- Loosen the bolts included on both sides of the front fork.
- Attach the headlight and front fender in place.
- Tighten the screw to secure the headlight.
- Fix the fender bracket onto the bolt and tighten the 2 bolts.
2.8 Connecting Throttle Wiring
- Connect the throttle wiring properly.
- Remove the throttle screw.
- Install the throttle screw and tighten it to secure the throttle.
2.9 Attaching Waterproof Cover and Nutcap
- Attach the nut cap to the rear wheel nut.
- Attach the waterproof cover to the headtube.
