1. Safety Guidelines

Before operating your BLUVALL V1-BA01 Electric Fat Tire Bike, please read and understand all safety instructions. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in serious injury or damage to the product.

• Ensure all components are securely fastened before each ride.

2. Setup and Assembly

Your BLUVALL V1-BA01 Electric Fat Tire Bike comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly process.

2.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection

1. Carefully open the packaging box.
2. Remove the bicycle from its packaging.
3. Remove all protective cotton and packaging materials from the bike frame and components.

2.2 Attaching the Kickstand

1. Loosen the foot pedal screw on the kickstand.
2. Attach the kickstand to the ebike frame and secure it with two bolts. Ensure it is firmly attached.

2.3 Installing the Front Wheel

1. Remove the fixing rod from the front fork.
2. Remove the protective disc from the front wheel.
3. Take out the axle from the accessory box, remove one side nut and washer.
4. Insert the axle into the center of the front wheel.
5. Install the shaft sleeve, shaft washer, and nut onto the axle.
6. Install the front wheel onto the fork. Ensure the fork is attached to the axle and the brake disc is placed in the middle of the brake caliper.
7. Tighten the nuts at both ends of the axle in a clockwise direction using a wrench.

2.4 Adjusting the Stem and Installing the Handlebar

1. Loosen the bolts on the stem and rotate the stem to align with the front wheel.
2. Tighten the 3 bolts already on the stem to secure the stem in place.
3. Loosen the four screws from the ebike stem where the handlebar will be attached.
4. Place the handlebar into the stem and adjust its angle to ensure it is level and comfortable.
5. Tighten the four screws to secure the handlebar.

2.5 Installing the Saddle

1. Open the quick release clamp located under the seat post.
2. Adjust the quick release clamp according to the desired tightness.
3. Insert the seat post into the frame.
4. Lock the quick release clamp to fasten the seat in place.

2.6 Installing the Pedals

• The left pedal is tightened counter-clockwise.
• The right pedal is tightened clockwise.
• Ensure pedals are securely tightened to prevent loosening during rides.

2.7 Attaching Front Fender and Headlight

1. Loosen the bolts included on both sides of the front fork.
2. Attach the headlight and front fender in place.
3. Tighten the screw to secure the headlight.
4. Fix the fender bracket onto the bolt and tighten the 2 bolts.

2.8 Connecting Throttle Wiring

1. Connect the throttle wiring properly.
2. Remove the throttle screw.
3. Install the throttle screw and tighten it to secure the throttle.

2.9 Attaching Waterproof Cover and Nutcap

1. Attach the nut cap to the rear wheel nut.
2. Attach the waterproof cover to the headtube.

3.1 Powering On/Off and Display

• Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button on the LCD display to turn the bike on or off.

3.2 Riding Modes

The BLUVALL V1-BA01 offers four distinct riding modes:

1. Pure Electric Mode: Engages the dual 1000W (total 2000W, peak 3000W) motors for propulsion without pedaling. Use the twist throttle for acceleration.
2. Pedal-Assist Mode (PAS): Provides electric assistance as you pedal. There are 5 levels of pedal assistance, adjustable via the LCD display.
3. Cruise Mode: Maintains a set speed without continuous throttle input or pedaling. Refer to the display manual for activation.
4. Normal Bike Mode: Functions as a traditional bicycle, with no electric assistance.

3.3 Gear Shifting

The bike is equipped with a 7-speed gear system (Shimano 7 Speed). Use the thumb shifter on the handlebar to change gears, adapting to different terrains and riding conditions.

3.4 Braking System
