Important Safety Information

Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate, or install this electric fireplace. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, property damage, or personal injury.

  • Always disconnect power before cleaning or performing maintenance.

Setup and Installation

This electric fireplace offers versatile installation options: recessed, wall-mounted, or freestanding.

1. Choosing a Location

Select a flat, stable surface or wall. Ensure there is a grounded 120V, 60Hz, 15 Amp electrical outlet nearby. Avoid locations near water, direct sunlight, or areas with high humidity.

2. Recessed Installation

For recessed installation, a wall opening of specific dimensions is required. Refer to the diagram below for precise measurements.

  1. Construct a wall opening according to the dimensions provided in the diagram.
  2. Carefully insert the fireplace unit into the opening.
  3. Secure the unit using the provided mounting brackets and screws.

3. Wall-Mounted Installation

  1. Mark the desired mounting height on the wall. Ensure it is at least 12 inches (30 cm) from the ceiling and 24 inches (60 cm) from the floor.
  2. Attach the wall mounting bracket to the wall studs using the provided screws. If studs are not available, use appropriate wall anchors.
  3. Carefully lift the fireplace unit and hook it onto the wall mounting bracket.
  4. Secure the bottom of the fireplace to the wall using additional screws if necessary.

4. Freestanding Installation

This option typically involves attaching a base or stand (if included or purchased separately) to the bottom of the fireplace unit. Follow the instructions provided with the stand for assembly.

5. Installing Decorative Media

Once the fireplace is securely installed, carefully place the faux log set and/or crystal stones into the media tray at the bottom of the unit.

Operating Instructions

The fireplace can be operated using the touch screen controls on the unit or the included remote control.

1. Power On/Off

4. Timer Function

  • Press the Timer Button () to set the auto-off timer. Each press increases the timer by one hour, up to 12 hours.

5. Overheat Protection and Child Safety Lock

Troubleshooting
