Important Safety Information

Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate, or install this electric fireplace. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, property damage, or personal injury.

• Always disconnect power before cleaning or performing maintenance.
• Do not operate any fireplace with a damaged cord or plug, or if the heater has malfunctioned or been dropped/damaged.
• Keep combustible materials at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the fireplace.
• This appliance is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
• Ensure the power outlet is properly grounded and rated for 1500W.
• This fireplace is equipped with an overheat protection feature. If the heater overheats, it will automatically shut off.

Setup and Installation

This electric fireplace offers versatile installation options: recessed, wall-mounted, or freestanding.

1. Choosing a Location

Select a flat, stable surface or wall. Ensure there is a grounded 120V, 60Hz, 15 Amp electrical outlet nearby. Avoid locations near water, direct sunlight, or areas with high humidity.

2. Recessed Installation

For recessed installation, a wall opening of specific dimensions is required. Refer to the diagram below for precise measurements.

1. Construct a wall opening according to the dimensions provided in the diagram.
2. Carefully insert the fireplace unit into the opening.
3. Secure the unit using the provided mounting brackets and screws.

3. Wall-Mounted Installation

1. Mark the desired mounting height on the wall. Ensure it is at least 12 inches (30 cm) from the ceiling and 24 inches (60 cm) from the floor.
2. Attach the wall mounting bracket to the wall studs using the provided screws. If studs are not available, use appropriate wall anchors.
3. Carefully lift the fireplace unit and hook it onto the wall mounting bracket.
4. Secure the bottom of the fireplace to the wall using additional screws if necessary.

4. Freestanding Installation

This option typically involves attaching a base or stand (if included or purchased separately) to the bottom of the fireplace unit. Follow the instructions provided with the stand for assembly.

5. Installing Decorative Media

Once the fireplace is securely installed, carefully place the faux log set and/or crystal stones into the media tray at the bottom of the unit.

Operating Instructions

The fireplace can be operated using the touch screen controls on the unit or the included remote control.

1. Power On/Off

• Press the Power Button (⏻) on the unit or remote to turn the fireplace ON or OFF.

2. Heater Settings

The fireplace features two heat settings: 750W and 1500W. It can effectively heat areas up to 400 square feet.

• Press the Heating Button (≈) to cycle between LOW (750W), HIGH (1500W), and OFF.
• The heater can operate independently of the flame effect.

3. Flame Effects

Customize the flame color, speed, and brightness.

• Use the Adjusting Button (↕) to change flame speed and brightness (5 stages).

4. Timer Function

Set the fireplace to automatically turn off after a specified duration, up to 12 hours.

• Press the Timer Button (⏱) to set the auto-off timer. Each press increases the timer by one hour, up to 12 hours.
• The digital display will show the set timer duration.

5. Overheat Protection and Child Safety Lock

• The unit is equipped with an automatic overheat protection system. If the heater reaches an unsafe temperature, it will automatically shut off. Unplug the unit, wait 10-15 minutes, and then plug it back in.
• The heating function can be operated independently of the flame effects, allowing the glass panel to remain cool to the touch when only flames are active.
• A child safety lock feature is integrated for enhanced safety. Refer to the remote control or unit for specific activation instructions.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your electric fireplace.

• Cleaning: Always unplug the fireplace before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sprays.
• Glass Panel: Clean the glass panel with a soft cloth and a glass cleaner. Do not scratch the surface.
• Air Intake/Outlet: Periodically check and clean the air intake and outlet vents to ensure proper airflow and prevent overheating. Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dust.
• Storage: If storing the fireplace for an extended period, unplug it and store it in a dry, dust-free location.
