Important Safety Instructions

Read all instructions before installing or using this heater. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

• Always unplug the fireplace when not in use.
• Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug, or after the heater malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
• Do not use outdoors. This fireplace is intended for indoor use only.
• Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
• Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the fireplace is left operating and unattended.
• Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
• To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
• This fireplace is equipped with an automatic thermal cut-off feature to prevent overheating. If the heater overheats, it will automatically shut off.

Installation Guide

This electric fireplace can be installed in two ways: fully recessed into a wall or wall-mounted. Choose the method that best suits your space and follow the instructions carefully.

Preparation

• Ensure the power supply is off before beginning installation.
• Select a suitable location away from combustible materials and direct sunlight.
• Gather necessary tools: Phillips screwdriver, drill, level, measuring tape, pencil.

Recessed Installation

For a seamless, built-in look, the fireplace can be recessed into a wall opening.

1. Create Wall Opening: Measure and cut an opening in the wall with dimensions of approximately 46.77 inches (width) x 16.54 inches (height) x 7.90 inches (depth). Ensure the opening is structurally sound.
2. Insert Fireplace: Carefully slide the fireplace unit into the prepared wall opening. Ensure it is level and flush with the wall surface.
3. Secure Unit: Use the provided mounting screws to secure the fireplace to the wall studs or framing through the designated mounting holes on the unit.
4. Connect Power: Plug the fireplace into a standard 120V AC outlet. Ensure the cord is not pinched.

Wall-Mounted Installation

For a simpler installation, the fireplace can be mounted directly onto a wall surface.

1. Mark Mounting Location: Determine the desired height and location on the wall. Use a level to mark the positions for the mounting bracket screws. Ensure you are drilling into wall studs for secure attachment.
2. Install Mounting Bracket: Attach the provided mounting bracket to the wall using the appropriate screws. Ensure the bracket is level and securely fastened.
3. Hang Fireplace: Carefully lift the fireplace unit and hook it onto the installed mounting bracket. Ensure it is securely seated.
4. Secure Bottom: If applicable, use additional screws to secure the bottom of the fireplace to the wall to prevent movement.
5. Connect Power: Plug the fireplace into a standard 120V AC outlet.

Operating Instructions

The EUHOMY electric fireplace offers convenient control via both a touchscreen panel on the unit and an infrared remote control.

Control Panel Overview

The touchscreen panel is located on the front of the fireplace. Each icon corresponds to a specific function:

• Power Button: Turns the fireplace ON/OFF.
• Flame Color Button: Cycles through 12 different flame color options.
• Dimmer Button: Adjusts the brightness of the flame effect (5 levels).
• Heater Button: Activates the heating function. Press to toggle between 750W and 1500W heating modes.
• Temperature Button: Adjusts the thermostat setting from 62°F to 82°F.
• Timer Button: Sets the automatic shut-off timer from 1 to 8 hours.

Remote Control Functions

The remote control duplicates all functions available on the touchscreen panel, allowing for convenient operation from a distance.

• Ensure the remote control has working batteries.
• Point the remote directly at the fireplace unit for optimal signal reception.

Flame Settings

The fireplace features 12 flame colors and 5 flame speeds, allowing for customization of the visual effect. The flame effect can be operated independently of the heating function.

Heat Settings

The fireplace offers two heating modes: 750W for energy-saving operation and 1500W for efficient heating of larger areas (up to 400 sq ft).

The adjustable thermostat allows you to set your desired room temperature between 62°F and 82°F. The heater will cycle on and off to maintain the set temperature.

Timer Function

The built-in timer allows you to set the fireplace to automatically shut off after a specified duration, from 1 to 8 hours. This feature is useful for energy saving and convenience, especially when used before sleeping.

Maintenance and Care

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your electric fireplace.

• Cleaning: Always unplug the fireplace before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sprays. For the glass panel, use a glass cleaner and a soft cloth.
• Ventilation Openings: Periodically check and clean the air inlet and outlet openings to ensure they are free from dust and debris. Blocked openings can lead to overheating.
• Storage: If storing the fireplace for an extended period, unplug it and store it in a dry, cool location, preferably in its original packaging.
