• Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
• Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped, or damaged in any manner.
• Do not run power cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
• Connect to properly grounded outlets only.
• Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
• To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
• This fireplace is equipped with an automatic heat-off safety feature and overheat protection. If the heater overheats, it will automatically shut off.

1. Wall-Mounted Installation

1. Choose a suitable location on a wall, ensuring it is away from curtains, furniture, and other combustible materials.
2. Mark the desired height and position for the mounting bracket on the wall. Ensure the location allows for proper ventilation.
3. Securely attach the mounting bracket to the wall studs using the provided hardware. Use a level to ensure it is straight.
4. Carefully lift the fireplace unit and hook it onto the wall mounting bracket. Ensure it is securely seated.
5. Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet.

2. Recessed Installation

1. Identify a suitable wall cavity or construct one that meets the required dimensions: 56.77 inches (W) x 16.54 inches (H) x 7.90 inches (D). Refer to Figure 2 for precise measurements.
2. Ensure there is adequate space for the power cord and access to a grounded electrical outlet within or near the cavity.
3. Carefully slide the fireplace unit into the prepared opening.
4. Secure the fireplace to the framing of the cavity using the provided screws and brackets.
5. Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet.
