3. Installation

Follow these steps carefully for proper installation. It is recommended to have two people for installation.

3.1 Pre-Installation Checklist:

• Verify all components are present and undamaged.
• Ensure the electrical supply is disconnected at the main circuit breaker.
• Confirm the mounting location meets safety clearance requirements.

3.2 Tools Required (Not Included):

• Phillips screwdriver
• Flathead screwdriver
• Wire strippers

3.3 Installation Steps:

1. Mounting Bracket Installation: Secure the mounting bracket to the ceiling joist or approved outlet box using appropriate hardware. Ensure it is firmly attached and can support the fan's weight.
2. Wiring Connections: Connect the fan's electrical wires to the household wiring according to the provided wiring diagram. Ensure all connections are secure and insulated with electrical tape or wire nuts.
3. Fan Body Attachment: Carefully lift the fan body and attach it to the mounting bracket. Follow the specific instructions in the included manual for securing the fan body.
4. Blade Installation: The palm leaf blades feature an innovative snap-in design. Align each blade with its corresponding slot on the fan motor housing and push firmly until it clicks into place. No tools are required for this step.

5. Light Kit Installation: Attach the integrated LED light kit to the bottom of the fan body. Ensure it is securely fastened.
6. Power Restoration: Once all connections are secure and the fan is fully assembled, restore power at the circuit breaker.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Remote Control Functions:

The remote control provides full functionality for your ceiling fan. Ensure the included 12V batteries are correctly installed.

• Power ON/OFF: Press the 'ON' or 'OFF' button to turn the fan and light on or off.
• Fan Speed Adjustment: Use the numbered buttons (1-6) to select one of six wind speeds.

• Light Color Temperature: Cycle through three color temperatures (3000K Warm Light, 4500K Natural Light, 6000K White Light) using the dedicated light button.

• Brightness Adjustment: Adjust the light brightness from 10% to 100% using the dimming buttons.
• Reversible Function: Press the 'F/R' button to change the direction of the fan blades. This allows for downdraft (cooling) in summer and updraft (air circulation) in winter. The fan will stop completely and then automatically reverse.

• Timer Function: Set the fan to automatically turn off after 2 or 4 hours using the '2H' or '4H' timer buttons.
• Smart Memory Function: The fan will remember your last preferred brightness and color settings if the light is turned off for at least 10 seconds. Turning the light on within 10 seconds will cycle the color temperature.
