The keyboard comes with LEOBOG SpaceCrystal Switches, known for their smooth operation and durability due to POM material construction. When replacing switches, gently pull the old switch out using a switch puller and align the new switch's pins with the PCB sockets before pressing it firmly into place.

Cleaning and Care

  • Keycaps: The PBT keycaps are durable. For cleaning, remove them using a keycap puller and wash with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
  • Keyboard Body: Wipe the keyboard body with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Switches: Due to the POM material's self-lubricating properties, the SpaceCrystal switches require minimal maintenance. Avoid disassembling switches unless necessary.

Troubleshooting

  • Keyboard not responding:
    • Ensure the cable is securely connected for wired mode.
    • For wireless modes, check battery level and ensure the receiver is properly plugged in (2.4GHz) or Bluetooth is paired correctly.
    • Try restarting your computer or device.
  • RGB lighting not working:
    • Check if the lighting is turned off via the knob or FN+key combination.
    • Ensure the keyboard has sufficient power.
    • If using macro software, verify settings.
  • Keys not registering or double-typing:
    • This could indicate a faulty switch. Utilize the hot-swappable feature to replace the problematic switch.
    • Ensure the switch is fully seated in its socket.
  • Bluetooth connection issues:
    • Unpair the keyboard from your device and re-pair it.
    • Ensure no other devices are interfering with the Bluetooth signal.
    • Try connecting to a different Bluetooth profile (FN+1, FN+2, or FN+3).
