Universal Jump Starter

Setup

Charging the BoostHero

Before initial use, fully charge your BoostHero. Connect the provided 24” Charging Cable to the BoostHero and then to the USB Car Charger or a compatible USB wall adapter. The battery indicator lights on the device will show the charging progress. Ensure the device is fully charged for optimal performance.

Operating Instructions

Jump Starting a Vehicle

1. Ensure the BoostHero is fully charged.
2. Open the protective cap on the BoostHero and firmly plug the Smart Jumper Cables into the designated port.
3. Connect the red clamp to the vehicle's positive (+) battery terminal.
4. Connect the black clamp to the vehicle's negative (-) battery terminal.
5. Once connected, the Smart Jumper Cables will indicate readiness (e.g., a green light). If an error is detected (e.g., reverse polarity), an alarm will sound, and an error light will illuminate. Disconnect and reconnect correctly.
6. Start your vehicle.
7. Once the vehicle starts, immediately disconnect the black clamp, then the red clamp, and finally unplug the Smart Jumper Cables from the BoostHero.

Using the LED Flashlight

To activate the flashlight, press and hold the power button on the BoostHero. Subsequent short presses will cycle through the High Beam, Low Beam, S.O.S., and Strobe modes. Press and hold again to turn off the flashlight.

Using as a Power Bank

Plug your USB-chargeable device's cable into the USB output port on the BoostHero. The device will begin charging automatically. The BoostHero's display will show the remaining battery percentage.

Maintenance

• Charging: For optimal battery life, recharge the BoostHero every three months, even if not in use.
• Cleaning: Wipe the device with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: Store the BoostHero in its carrying pouch in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
