Setup Guide

1. Charging Your Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your SENTRY OSH headphones. Connect the included USB-C charging wire to the headphone's charging port and the other end to a compatible USB power source. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours. The indicator light will show charging status and turn off when fully charged.

2. Powering On/Off

To power on the headphones, press and hold the multi-function button located on the right earcup until the indicator light illuminates. To power off, press and hold the same button until the indicator light turns off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

With the headphones powered on, they will automatically enter pairing mode (indicated by a flashing blue and red light). On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and select "SENTRY OSH" from the list of available devices. Once connected, the indicator light will become solid blue. The headphones will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when powered on, provided Bluetooth is active on the device.

1. Basic Controls

The SENTRY OSH headphones feature integrated on-ear buttons for easy control of your audio and calls:

2. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Gently wipe the earcups and headband with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or excessive moisture, as this may damage the headphones. Ensure no liquid enters the headphone openings.

2. Storage

Troubleshooting

No Power

• Ensure the headphones are fully charged. Connect to a power source using the USB-C cable and allow sufficient charging time.

Cannot Pair via Bluetooth

• Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the headphones are in pairing mode (flashing indicator light).
• Move the headphones closer to your device, ideally within 1 meter (3 feet) during initial pairing.
• If previously paired, try "forgetting" or "unpairing" the headphones from your device's Bluetooth settings and attempt to re-pair.
• Ensure no other devices are currently connected to the headphones.

Poor Sound Quality or No Sound

• Check the volume levels on both the headphones and your connected device.
• Ensure the headphones are within the 30-meter (98-foot) Bluetooth range of your device.
