3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking and Filter Installation
- Carefully remove the air purifier from its packaging.
- Before first use, the filter must be removed from its protective plastic bag.

- Rotate the bottom cover counterclockwise to unlock and remove it.
- Take out the filter and remove the plastic bag.
- Place the filter back into the unit.
- Replace the bottom cover and rotate it clockwise to secure.
3.2 Placement
- Place the air purifier on a firm, level surface.
- Ensure there is at least 6 inches (15 cm) of space around the unit for optimal airflow.
- Avoid placing the unit near heat sources, direct sunlight, or in areas with high humidity.
- Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet.
4. Operating Instructions
The AromaRoom Air Purifier features touch controls on the top panel.
4.1 Power On/Off
- Press the Power button to turn the unit on or off.
4.2 Fan Speed / Modes
- Press the Fan Speed button to cycle through different fan speeds (e.g., Low, Medium, High).
- Sleep Mode: Activate Sleep Mode for ultra-quiet operation (22dB). In this mode, the display lights will automatically turn off after 8 seconds to ensure an undisturbed sleeping environment.

4.3 RGB Ambient Lights
- Press the Light button to turn the ambient lights on/off or to cycle through different color modes, including a gradient light mode.

4.4 Aromatherapy Function
- Locate the aroma pad slot on the side of the unit.
- Add 4-5 drops of your preferred essential oil (not included) onto the aroma pad.
- Insert the aroma pad back into its slot. The scent will circulate with the purified air.
- Note: Do not use essential oils containing acetone or ether as they may corrode plastic parts.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Filter Replacement
The air purifier is equipped with a filter replacement reminder. A red light will illuminate after approximately 2160 hours of use (equivalent to 3-6 months, depending on usage and air quality).
To ensure optimal performance and air quality, replace the filter every 3-6 months.
- Unplug the air purifier from the power outlet.
- Follow the steps outlined in Section 3.1 and the accompanying image to replace the filter.
- After replacing the filter, plug the unit back in. Press and hold the Filter Reset button (often indicated by a filter icon) for 3 seconds until the red light disappears. This resets the filter timer.
5.2 Cleaning the Unit
- Always unplug the air purifier before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- The pre-filter can be gently vacuumed to remove larger dust particles between filter replacements.
6. Troubleshooting
