Setup

Charging the UDPOWER C400

1. AC Wall Charging

Use the provided UDPOWER Original DC Adapter to charge the unit from a standard wall outlet. Combining the DC adapter with a USB-C PD charger allows for 165W dual charging, reaching 80% in approximately 1.5 hours.

2. Car Charging

Operating the UDPOWER C400

1. Powering On/Off

Press and hold the main power button for 3 seconds to turn the unit on or off. The digital display will illuminate, showing battery percentage, input/output wattage, and remaining runtime.

2. Using Output Ports

The C400 features 7 output ports to power a wide range of devices:

• 2x AC Outlets: For standard household appliances (up to 400W continuous, 800W surge). Press the AC button to activate.
• 1x 65W USB-C PD: For fast charging compatible laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
• 1x 35W USB-C: For charging various USB-C devices.
• 1x 18W USB-A: For standard USB devices.
• 1x 12V Car Port: For car appliances like mini-fridges or air pumps. Press the DC button to activate.
• 2x DC5521 Ports: For specific DC-powered devices.

3. Eco Mode / Normal Mode

Toggle between 'NORMAL' and 'ECO MODE' using the switch on the front panel. Eco Mode conserves battery by automatically shutting off output when devices draw very low power, ideal for extending runtime with small loads.

4. Built-in Emergency Flashlight

Press the light button to cycle through 4 lighting modes: Weak Light (50% brightness), Mid-Strong Light (80% brightness), Strong Light (100% brightness), and SOS Mode. Hold the button to turn off the light.

Jump Starter Function

The UDPOWER C400 includes a unique built-in jump starter for 12V car batteries, offering a 3-second rescue with 400A peak current and reverse polarity protection.

1. Step 1: Plug the included jumper cable into the EC5 port on the C400 (located on the back).
2. Step 2: Connect the Red clamp to the vehicle's positive (+) terminal and the Black clamp to the vehicle's negative (-) terminal.

4. Step 4: Start your vehicle.
5. Step 5: Remove the jumper cable and put away the C400.
