Follow these steps for proper assembly of your garden gazebo:

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the transport bag and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
  2. Unfold the Frame: With assistance, gently pull the folding frame outwards from opposite corners until it is partially open.
  3. Attach the Roof Canopy: Place the roof canopy over the partially opened frame. Ensure the canopy is correctly oriented and secured at all four corners.
  4. Fully Extend the Frame: Continue to pull the frame outwards until it is fully extended and the click system on each leg locks into place.
  5. Adjust Height: Press the release buttons on each leg and extend the telescopic legs to your desired height (4 adjustable levels). Ensure all legs are set to the same height for stability. Each foot angle should securely click into place.
  6. Attach Side Panels: If desired, attach the two side panels with windows. These panels are fixed using hooks and hook-and-loop fasteners along the top and sides of the frame.
  7. Anchor the Gazebo: Secure the gazebo to the ground using the provided ground pegs and tension cables. Insert pegs through the footplates and into the ground. Attach tension cables to the top corners and stake them firmly into the ground at an angle.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Clean the canopy and side panels with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow all fabric parts to dry completely before folding and storing to prevent mildew.
  • Frame Care: Wipe the aluminum frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt. Inspect the frame for any damage or loose connections periodically.
  • Storage: When not in use, especially during adverse weather, dismantle the gazebo and store all components in the provided transport bag in a dry, cool place. Ensure the fabric is completely dry before storage.
  • Weather Precautions: As stated in the safety guidelines, always dismantle and store the gazebo in case of strong winds, heavy rain, or other severe weather conditions. The waterproof fabric is designed for light rain, but not prolonged exposure to heavy precipitation.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Gazebo is unstable: Ensure all legs are fully extended and locked into place. Verify that all ground pegs and tension cables are securely fastened. Check that the height adjustment is even on all legs.
  • Difficulty unfolding/folding: Ensure no parts are obstructed or bent. Apply gentle, even pressure. If the frame is stiff, check for dirt or debris in the joints.
  • Water pooling on roof: Ensure the roof canopy is taut and properly secured to the frame. Adjust the height if necessary to create sufficient slope for water runoff.
  • Side panels not attaching securely: Check that the hook-and-loop fasteners are clean and free of debris. Ensure the hooks are correctly engaged with the frame.
