Setup

1. Battery Installation

Each handset requires a battery pack for operation. Ensure correct polarity when inserting.

Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the handset.
Connect the battery pack connector securely into the jack inside the compartment.
Place the battery pack into the compartment.
Close the battery compartment cover.

2. Charging the Handsets

For optimal performance, charge each handset for at least 16 hours before initial use.

Place each handset face forward into its respective charging cradle or the main base unit.
The CHARGE light on the handset will illuminate, indicating proper charging.

3. Connecting the Base Unit

Connect the base unit to a power outlet and your telephone line.

Plug the large end of the power adapter into an electrical outlet not controlled by a wall switch.
Plug the small end of the power adapter into the POWER jack on the back of the base unit.
Plug one end of the telephone line cord into the TEL LINE jack on the back of the base unit.
Plug the other end of the telephone line cord into a telephone wall jack.

Important: Use only the power adapter and telephone line cord provided with this product.

Operating Your Phone System

Making and Answering Calls

To make a call: Press PHONE/FLASH or SPEAKER, then dial the number.
To answer a call: Press PHONE/FLASH or SPEAKER when the phone rings.
To end a call: Press OFF/CANCEL or place the handset back in the cradle.

Using the Speakerphone

The simulated full-duplex speakerphone allows for natural, two-way conversations.

During a call, press SPEAKER to switch to speakerphone mode.
Press SPEAKER again to switch back to handset mode, or press OFF/CANCEL to end the call.

Phonebook Directory

Store up to 50 names and numbers for quick dialing.

To add an entry: Press MENU, navigate to "Phonebook", then "Add New Entry". Follow the on-screen prompts.
To dial from phonebook: Press DIR, scroll to the desired entry, then press PHONE/FLASH or SPEAKER.

Caller ID / Call Waiting

View incoming caller information and manage multiple calls.

To call back a number from Caller ID: Select the entry and press PHONE/FLASH.

Eco Mode

The phone system features an ECO mode to manage power consumption, extending battery life and reducing energy use.

ECO mode is typically activated automatically when the handset is close to the base unit.

Intercom Function

Use the intercom feature to communicate between handsets.

To initiate an intercom call: Press INT on any handset.
If you have multiple handsets, you may be prompted to select which handset to call.
To end an intercom call: Press OFF/CANCEL.

Quiet Mode

Temporarily silence the ringer on all handsets and the base unit for a set period.

To activate Quiet Mode: Press MENU, navigate to "Quiet Mode", and set the desired duration.
Incoming calls will still be logged in Caller ID history.

Poor sound quality / Static	Move the handset closer to the base unit. Avoid placing the base unit near other electronic devices (e.g., microwaves, Wi-Fi routers) that may cause interference. Ensure the telephone line cord is not tangled or damaged.
Caller ID not displaying	Ensure you have subscribed to Caller ID service from your telephone service provider. Check that the phone line connection is secure.
