What's in the Box

Setup

1. Battery Installation

Each handset requires a battery pack for operation. Ensure correct polarity when inserting.

  1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the handset.
  2. Connect the battery pack connector securely into the jack inside the compartment.
  3. Place the battery pack into the compartment.
  4. Close the battery compartment cover.

2. Charging the Handsets

For optimal performance, charge each handset for at least 16 hours before initial use.

3. Connecting the Base Unit

Connect the base unit to a power outlet and your telephone line.

  1. Plug the large end of the power adapter into an electrical outlet not controlled by a wall switch.
  2. Plug the small end of the power adapter into the POWER jack on the back of the base unit.
  3. Plug one end of the telephone line cord into the TEL LINE jack on the back of the base unit.
  4. Plug the other end of the telephone line cord into a telephone wall jack.

Important: Use only the power adapter and telephone line cord provided with this product.

  • Avoid placing the base unit near other electronic devices (e.g., microwaves, Wi-Fi routers) that may cause interference.
  • Ensure the telephone line cord is not tangled or damaged.
Caller ID not displaying
  • Ensure you have subscribed to Caller ID service from your telephone service provider.
  • Check that the phone line connection is secure.
