Setup
1. Battery Installation
Each handset requires a battery pack for operation. Ensure correct polarity when inserting.
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the handset.
- Connect the battery pack connector securely into the jack inside the compartment.
- Place the battery pack into the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover.
2. Charging the Handsets
For optimal performance, charge each handset for at least 16 hours before initial use.
- Place each handset face forward into its respective charging cradle or the main base unit.
- The CHARGE light on the handset will illuminate, indicating proper charging.
3. Connecting the Base Unit
Connect the base unit to a power outlet and your telephone line.
- Plug the large end of the power adapter into an electrical outlet not controlled by a wall switch.
- Plug the small end of the power adapter into the POWER jack on the back of the base unit.
- Plug one end of the telephone line cord into the TEL LINE jack on the back of the base unit.
- Plug the other end of the telephone line cord into a telephone wall jack.
Important: Use only the power adapter and telephone line cord provided with this product.
Operating Your Phone System
Making and Answering Calls
- To make a call: Press PHONE/FLASH or SPEAKER, then dial the number.
- To answer a call: Press PHONE/FLASH or SPEAKER when the phone rings.
- To end a call: Press OFF/CANCEL or place the handset back in the cradle.
Using the Speakerphone
The simulated full-duplex speakerphone allows for natural, two-way conversations.
- During a call, press SPEAKER to switch to speakerphone mode.
- Press SPEAKER again to switch back to handset mode, or press OFF/CANCEL to end the call.

Phonebook Directory
Store up to 50 names and numbers for quick dialing.
- To add an entry: Press MENU, navigate to "Phonebook", then "Add New Entry". Follow the on-screen prompts.
- To dial from phonebook: Press DIR, scroll to the desired entry, then press PHONE/FLASH or SPEAKER.

Caller ID / Call Waiting

- Incoming calls will still be logged in Caller ID history.
