2. Safety Instructions
Important: Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury.

- Do not operate the machine with wet hands or in wet conditions.

3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the dough rounder from its packaging. Inspect the machine for any signs of damage during transit. Report any damage to your supplier immediately.
3.2 Positioning
The GGM Gastro BTAMV is equipped with practical rollers for easy positioning. Place the machine on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure there is sufficient space around the machine for safe operation and maintenance.

3.3 Electrical Connection
Connect the machine to a dedicated 380 V/3N/PE/50 Hz power supply. Ensure the electrical installation meets local regulations and safety standards. The machine has a powerful 1.10 kW motor.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Pre-Operation Checks
- Ensure the machine is clean and free from debris.
- Verify all safety guards are in place.
- Confirm the power cable is securely connected.
4.2 Powering On
Turn the main power switch (refer to Figure 2.1) to the 'ON' position. The control panel lights should illuminate.

4.3 Dough Preparation
The machine is designed for dough with a water content of up to 80%. Prepare your dough in batches suitable for the machine's capacity.
4.4 Adjusting Dough Thickness and Speed
- Dough Thickness: The dough thickness can be easily regulated using the adjustment mechanism located near the rollers. Turn the handwheel (visible in Figure 4.1) to adjust the gap between the rollers.
- Conveyor Belt Speed: Use the speed adjustment dial on the control panel (Figure 4.1) to set the desired speed for the conveyor belt. The height of the conveyor belt is also adjustable.

4.5 Operation
- Place a portion of prepared dough onto the input end of the conveyor belt.
- The machine will automatically feed the dough through the rollers, shaping it into a round form.
- The machine can process dough pieces weighing approximately 100 g to 2,000 g.
- The maximum capacity is up to 3,000 pieces per hour, depending on dough consistency and desired size.
4.6 Shutting Down
When finished, press the red 'STOP' button on the control panel, then turn the main power switch to the 'OFF' position and unplug the machine from the power supply.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and hygienic operation of your dough rounder.
- Daily Cleaning: After each use, switch off and unplug the machine. Use a damp cloth and mild detergent to clean all surfaces, especially those that come into contact with dough. The body is made of high-quality stainless steel for easy cleaning.
- Integrated Leak Protection: The machine features integrated leak protection. Regularly inspect for any signs of leaks and address them promptly.
- Inspection: Periodically check all moving parts, belts, and electrical connections for wear or damage.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the stainless steel or other components.
- Ensure all parts are dry before re-connecting to power.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your GGM Gastro BTAMV dough rounder, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Machine does not power on:
Possible Cause: Power cable not connected, main switch off, or power outage.
Solution: Check power connection, ensure main switch is ON, verify power supply. - Dough not rounding correctly:
Possible Cause: Incorrect dough consistency (too wet/dry), incorrect roller gap, or conveyor belt speed.
Solution: Adjust dough water content, adjust dough thickness setting, or modify conveyor belt speed. - Unusual noise during operation:
Possible Cause: Foreign object, worn part, or motor issue.
Solution: Immediately switch off and unplug the machine. Inspect for foreign objects. If noise persists, contact service personnel.
