Setup and Assembly

  1. Clean Before First Use: Wash all parts (container, blade assembly, and lid) with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  2. Insert Blade Assembly: Carefully place the blade assembly onto the central pin inside the container. Ensure it sits firmly.
  3. Add Ingredients: Place your desired ingredients into the container around the blade assembly. Do not fill above the maximum fill line or overfill to prevent jamming.
  4. Secure the Lid: Place the lid onto the container, aligning the tabs on the lid with the grooves on the container. Twist the lid clockwise until it locks securely in place. The anti-skid bottom of the container will help keep it stable on your countertop.

Operating Instructions

The SuperSonic Chopper Compact operates manually using a pull-cord mechanism.

  1. Positioning: Place the assembled chopper on a stable, flat surface. The anti-skid bottom will help prevent movement.
  2. Pull the Cord: Hold the lid firmly with one hand. With the other hand, grasp the pull handle and pull the cord horizontally and quickly. Do not pull the cord vertically or at an angle.
  3. Chopping Action: The blades will rotate rapidly inside the container with each pull, chopping the ingredients. The patented blade design ensures food is pushed up and down for even chopping.
  4. Control Consistency: The number of pulls determines the fineness of the chop.
    • Few pulls: Coarse chop (e.g., for salads).
    • More pulls: Finer chop (e.g., for sauces, purees).
  5. Check Progress: You can periodically remove the lid to check the consistency of your ingredients.
  6. Emptying: Once chopping is complete, carefully remove the lid. Then, carefully remove the blade assembly by holding its plastic top. Empty the chopped ingredients from the container.
