Setup

1. Wearing the Earbuds

For optimal sound quality and a secure fit, it is important to wear the earbuds correctly. The U8 Plus features flexible ear hooks and various eartip sizes to ensure comfort during extended use and intense activities.

1. Choose Suitable Eartips: Select the eartip size that provides the best seal in your ear canal. This enhances bass response and noise isolation.
2. Position the Ear Hook: Gently place the earbud into your ear, then guide the flexible ear hook over and around the top of your ear.
3. Adjust for Comfort: Ensure the earbud sits comfortably and securely in your ear. The ear hooks are designed to keep the headphones in place during movement.
4. Adjust Cable Length: Use the provided cable clothing clip or wire clamp to adjust the length of the neck band for a snug fit, preventing tangles or excessive slack.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

The U8 Plus headphones utilize Bluetooth 5.3 for a stable and efficient wireless connection. They support dual connection, allowing two devices to be connected simultaneously.

1. Power On: Press and hold the Power button on the earbud for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes, indicating it is in pairing mode.
2. Activate Bluetooth: On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to the Bluetooth settings and ensure Bluetooth is turned on.
3. Search for Devices: Your device will scan for available Bluetooth devices. Look for "U8" or "JOYWISE U8 Plus" in the list.
4. Connect: Select "U8" or "JOYWISE U8 Plus" to initiate the connection. Once connected, the LED indicator on the headphones will change, and you may hear an audible confirmation.
5. Dual Connection: To connect a second device, disconnect from the first device or put the headphones back into pairing mode. Connect the second device, then reconnect the first device. The headphones will remember both connections.

Note: These Bluetooth headphones cannot connect to smartwatches.
