The device features a digital display and control buttons.
Setup
1. Unpacking and Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all items listed in the product description are present and undamaged. If any components are missing or damaged, contact KUXISA customer support.
2. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the portable tire inflator. Connect the provided charging cable to the device and a suitable power source. The large-capacity 25000mAh battery ensures extended use. The LED display will indicate the charging status.
3. Attaching the Air Hose and Nozzle
Screw the air hose securely onto the inflator's output port. Select the appropriate nozzle for the item you wish to inflate (e.g., Schrader valve for car tires, needle for sports balls) and attach it to the end of the air hose.
Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/Off
Press and hold the power button to turn the device on. The LED display will illuminate, showing the current pressure and battery level. Press and hold the power button again to turn the device off.
2. Selecting Inflation Mode and Setting Pressure
Use the mode button to cycle through preset inflation modes (e.g., car, motorcycle, bicycle, ball). Each mode has a default pressure setting. You can adjust the preset pressure value using the '+' and '-' buttons. The large LED display shows both the real-time pressure and the preset target pressure.
The fifth custom mode allows you to set any desired pressure value within the device's operating range, providing flexibility for various inflation needs.
3. Starting and Stopping Inflation
Once the desired pressure is set, connect the nozzle to the item to be inflated. Press the inflation button to start the air compressor. The device will automatically shut off once the preset pressure is reached, preventing over-inflation.
4. Using the LED Light
The air pump features an LED light at the top with three modes. Press the light button to cycle through the modes: constant illumination, flashing, and SOS. This feature is useful for illuminating your work area in low-light conditions or for emergency signaling.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the device with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the device is dry before storage.
2. Storage
Store the tire inflator in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it out of reach of children. Ensure the air hose and nozzles are properly stored to prevent damage.
3. Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the device periodically if it is not used for extended periods (e.g., every 3-6 months).
Troubleshooting
- Device does not turn on: Ensure the battery is charged. If the battery is low, connect the device to a power source and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.
- Inflator not starting or stopping prematurely: Check that the air hose is securely connected to both the device and the tire valve. Ensure the preset pressure is higher than the current tire pressure. If the device overheats during prolonged use, it may automatically shut off; allow it to cool down before resuming operation.
- Inaccurate pressure reading: Ensure the nozzle is properly sealed to the tire valve. Calibrate the device if a calibration option is available (refer to specific product instructions if applicable, though not detailed here). Compare with a known accurate pressure gauge if possible.
- Slow inflation: Check for any kinks or blockages in the air hose. Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged, as low battery can affect performance.
