Setup

1. App Installation

To begin, download the 'Smart Life' application on your smartphone. This application is essential for controlling and managing your camera.

2. Power Connection

Connect the camera to a power source using the provided power adapter. Ensure the connection is secure.

3. Device Pairing

Open the 'Smart Life' app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code displayed on your phone with the camera's lens to establish a connection. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network during this process.

4. Physical Installation

The camera is designed for screw-in installation. Use the provided mounting accessories to securely attach the camera to a desired outdoor location. Ensure the camera has a clear line of sight and is within range of your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.

Operating Instructions

1. Night Vision Modes

The camera offers two distinct night vision settings:

• Full-Color Night Vision: When the 'color image function' is activated in night vision settings, the camera provides full-color images and video throughout the night.
• Alarm-Activated Color Night Vision: If only the 'Audible and Visual Alarm' is enabled in the alarm settings, the camera will switch to color night vision only when an alarm is triggered. Otherwise, it operates in infrared mode.

2. Motion Detection and Automatic Tracking

The camera features intelligent human motion detection. Upon detecting human movement, it sends instant notifications to your smartphone. The camera's lens will automatically pan and tilt to follow the detected person until they move out of the camera's field of view.

3. PTZ Control (Pan, Tilt, Zoom)

The camera supports a horizontal rotation of 355° and a vertical rotation of 90°. You can remotely control the camera's movement through the 'Smart Life' app, providing comprehensive 360° security coverage for your property. The 4x digital zoom allows for closer inspection of details.
