Setup Instructions

2. Power Supply

The feeder supports dual power supply options:

• Adapter Power: Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the feeder and plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
• Battery Backup: For power outage protection, install three D-cell batteries (not included) into the battery compartment located at the bottom of the feeder.

3. App Download and WiFi Connection

The feeder connects to your smartphone via the PETTECH app for remote control and scheduling.

1. Search for "PETTECH" in your device's app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and download the application.
2. Sign up or log in to your PETTECH account.
3. Open the app, navigate to the Home page, and tap "Add Device" or the "+" icon in the upper right corner.
4. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. The app should automatically discover the device "DU3L-W-02(WBR3)". Click "Add".
5. Enter your 2.4GHz WiFi network password. Note: The WiFi name cannot contain Chinese characters, and the password cannot contain special symbols. 5GHz WiFi networks are not supported.
6. Wait for the device to connect to the network. Once successfully added, proceed to the next step.
7. You can customize the device name within the app. Tap the upper right corner to finish the setup.

Operating Instructions

1. Scheduling Meals via App

The PETTECH app allows you to set up a customized feeding schedule for your pets.

• Open the PETTECH app and select your feeder device.
• Navigate to the "Schedule" or "Feeding Plan" section.
• Add new feeding times. You can set up 1 to 10 meals per day.
• For each meal, specify the portion size (1 to 20 portions per meal).
• Save your schedule. The feeder will automatically dispense food at the programmed times.

2. Manual Feeding

You can dispense food manually at any time using the app or the physical button on the feeder.

• Via App: On the device control screen in the PETTECH app, look for a "Feed Now" or "Manual Feed" option. You may be able to select the number of portions.
• Via Feeder Button: Press the manual feed button on the feeder's control panel to dispense a single portion.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and extends the life of your feeder.

• Detachable Parts: The food storage container, lid, and dual bowl tray are removable and can be hand-washed with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling.
• Base Unit: The main base unit, which contains electronic components, should not be immersed in water. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and then dry with a soft, dry cloth.
• Desiccant Bag: Replace the desiccant bag periodically (e.g., monthly) to ensure optimal food freshness.
