Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case. The case features an integrated USB-C charging cable for convenience. Connect the USB-C cable to a compatible power source. A 10-minute charge provides approximately 1 hour of playtime. The case offers a total of 24+ hours of playtime for the earbuds.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), open Bluetooth settings.
3. Select "JLab Go Pop ANC" from the list of available devices.
4. Once connected, you will hear an audio prompt confirming successful pairing.

For Android devices, Google Fast Pair allows for effortless pairing and helps locate missing earbuds.

Operating the Earbuds

Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) and Be Aware Mode

The JLab Go Pop ANC earbuds offer three noise control modes:

• ANC On: Reduces ambient noise for an immersive listening experience.
• ANC Off: Standard listening mode without active noise cancellation.
• Be Aware: Allows ambient sounds to pass through, keeping you aware of your surroundings for safety.

You can switch between these modes using the touch controls on the earbuds or through the JLab App.

Touch Controls

Troubleshooting

No Audio or Intermittent Connection

• Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are connected.

Earbuds Not Charging
