1. Introduction

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging of the Power Bank

1. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the 'IN/OUT Type-C' port on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB-C power adapter (not included). A 30W or higher power adapter is recommended for fastest charging.
3. The LED indicator lights on the side of the power bank will illuminate to show the charging status. All four lights indicate a full charge.

4.2 Checking Battery Level

Press the power button once to view the current battery level indicated by the LED lights:

• 1 LED: 0-25% charge
• 2 LEDs: 25-50% charge
• 3 LEDs: 50-75% charge
• 4 LEDs: 75-100% charge

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Wireless Charging (MagSafe)

The power bank is compatible with MagSafe-enabled iPhones (iPhone 12-16 series) and other Qi-enabled devices with magnetic alignment.

1. Ensure your device is MagSafe compatible or has a MagSafe-compatible case.
2. Align the power bank with the back of your device. The magnets will snap it into place.
3. Press the power button on the side of the power bank to initiate wireless charging. Your device's screen will indicate charging has begun.
4. To stop charging, simply detach the power bank from your device.

Note: Wireless charging and wired charging cannot be used simultaneously for the same device.

5.2 Wired Charging (USB-C)

The power bank features a 30W USB-C port for fast wired charging of various devices.

1. Connect your device's USB-C charging cable to the 'IN/OUT Type-C' port on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to your device.
3. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. If not, press the power button once.

5.3 Using the Built-in Kickstand

The integrated kickstand allows for convenient hands-free viewing while your device charges.

1. Gently pull out the metal kickstand from the bottom edge of the power bank.
2. Attach your MagSafe-compatible device to the power bank.
3. Position the device and power bank on a flat surface using the kickstand for stable viewing in either portrait or landscape mode.
4. When not in use, fold the kickstand back into the power bank until it clicks securely.

5.4 Charging Multiple Devices

The power bank supports charging two devices simultaneously: one wirelessly and one via the USB-C port. Press the button to enable wireless charging during USB-C wired charging.

6. Safety Information

• Do not expose the power bank to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or fire.
• Avoid dropping, disassembling, or modifying the device.
• Keep away from water and other liquids.
• Do not use if the power bank is damaged or swollen.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Use only the provided or certified cables and adapters.
• Discontinue use if the product becomes excessively hot during charging.

7. Maintenance

• Clean the power bank with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Store the power bank in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• For optimal battery life, fully charge the power bank at least once every three months if stored for extended periods.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1 Device Not Charging Wirelessly

• Ensure your device is MagSafe compatible or has a MagSafe-compatible case.
• Verify the power bank is turned on by pressing the power button.
• Check if the power bank has sufficient charge (refer to LED indicators).
• Ensure proper alignment between the power bank and your device.
• Remove any foreign objects between the power bank and your device.

8.2 Device Not Charging Via USB-C

• Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device.
• Try a different USB-C cable to rule out cable malfunction.
• Verify the power bank is turned on and has sufficient charge.

8.3 Power Bank Not Recharging

• Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to the power bank and a working power adapter.
• Try a different USB-C cable and power adapter.
• Check the power source (wall outlet) is functional.
