3. Setup and Assembly
Assembly typically requires two skilled individuals and can be completed within 4-6 hours. Refer to the included comprehensive instructions and the video guides for detailed steps.
3.1. Preparing the Site
Ensure a level and stable foundation for the greenhouse. The base feet can be buried in soil or concrete, or secured to a board using matching screws for optimal stability.

3.2. Frame Assembly
Connect the aluminum frame components using the Quick Connect system. Ensure all connections are secure.
3.3. Panel Installation
Insert the polycarbonate panels into the frame grooves. The white side of the panels should face inwards, and the clear side should face outwards. If panels are difficult to insert, gently thin the edges with a rubber hammer.
3.4. Window Installation
Assemble and install the roof windows. These windows are crucial for ventilation and temperature regulation.

5. Maintenance
5.1. Cleaning Panels
Regularly clean the polycarbonate panels with mild soap and water to maintain optimal light transmission. Avoid abrasive cleaners or tools that could scratch the surface.
5.2. Gutter Maintenance
The integrated rain gutters on both sides are designed to drain water. Periodically inspect and clear the gutters of any debris (leaves, dirt) to ensure proper water flow and prevent blockages.

5.3. Frame Inspection
Inspect the aluminum frame periodically for any signs of damage or loose connections. Tighten any loose bolts or screws to maintain structural integrity, especially after severe weather conditions.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1. Water Leakage
- Issue: Water leaking from panels or seams.
- Solution: Check that all panels are fully seated in their grooves and that all frame connections are tight. Ensure sealant (if provided) is properly applied. Inspect gutters for blockages.
6.2. Poor Ventilation
- Issue: Greenhouse interior is too hot or humid.
- Solution: Ensure all window vents are open to the desired angle. Consider adding additional ventilation if needed for extreme climates.
6.3. Structural Instability
- Issue: Greenhouse feels wobbly or unstable.
- Solution: Verify that the base is properly anchored to the ground or foundation as per instructions. Check all frame bolts and connections for tightness.
