Setup Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before beginning assembly. Ensure all parts are present and accounted for. Assembly is recommended with two people.
1. Unpack and Identify Components
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Lay them out on a clean, soft surface (like a carpet) to prevent scratches. Identify each part using the included parts list in your package. Verify that all hardware is present.

4. Install Slats

Ensure even spacing for optimal mattress support. For added protection and comfort, using a bunkie board with your mattress is recommended.

5. Final Tightening
Once all components are assembled, go back and tighten all bolts and screws firmly. Do not overtighten to avoid damaging the wood. Ensure the frame is stable and level.
Operating Instructions (Usage)
Mattress Placement
Place your Queen size mattress directly onto the installed slats. The embedded platform design will help keep your mattress from shifting. A mattress no thicker than 6 inches is recommended for optimal comfort and to maintain the headboard's aesthetic.

Weight Capacity
The Queen size bed frame has a maximum weight capacity of 660 lbs. Do not exceed this limit to ensure the longevity and safety of the product.
Under-Bed Storage
Utilize the 12 inches of clearance under the bed for storing items such as storage boxes, shoes, or suitcases. This space also allows for easy cleaning underneath the frame.

Maintenance
Cleaning
Wipe the wood surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the finish. Dry immediately with a clean cloth.
Regular Inspection
Periodically check all bolts and screws to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability and prevent squeaking. Ensure the central support legs are always in contact with the floor.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Bed frame squeaks | Loose bolts or screws; uneven floor; slats rubbing against frame. | Tighten all assembly hardware. Ensure the bed is on a level surface. Apply felt pads or wax to slat contact points if necessary. |
| Mattress slides | Mattress not properly seated; lack of friction. | Ensure the mattress is centered within the embedded platform. Consider using a non-slip mattress pad between the mattress and slats. |
| Frame feels unstable | Incomplete tightening of hardware; missing support legs. | Re-check all connections and tighten securely. Verify all central support legs are installed and making firm contact with the floor. |
| Under-bed clearance is less than expected | Incorrect measurement or product variant. | The Queen size frame provides 12 inches of clearance. Confirm your measurements. If discrepancy persists, contact customer support. |
