4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your MIUZZY Cordless Vacuum Cleaner.

4.1 Charging the Battery

1. Ensure the vacuum is turned off.
2. Connect the power adapter to the charging port on the battery pack or the main motor unit.
3. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.

6.1 Emptying the Dust Cup

1. Ensure the vacuum is turned off and disconnected from the charger.
2. Press the dust cup release button to detach the dust cup from the main motor unit.
3. Hold the dust cup over a trash bin and press the bottom release latch to open the dust cup and empty its contents.
4. Close the dust cup bottom and reattach it to the main motor unit until it clicks.

Recommendation: Empty the dust cup after each use or when debris reaches the MAX fill line.

6.2 Cleaning the Filters

The MIUZZY Cordless Vacuum Cleaner uses an MIF filter. Regular cleaning is crucial for maintaining suction power.

1. Remove the dust cup as described above.
2. Twist and pull out the filter assembly from inside the dust cup.
3. Separate the MIF filter from the filter housing.
4. Tap the filter gently over a trash bin to remove loose dust.
5. Rinse the MIF filter under cold running water until the water runs clear. Do not use detergent.
6. Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling. Do not use a hairdryer or other heating methods.
7. Once dry, reassemble the filter components and place them back into the dust cup.
8. Reattach the dust cup to the main motor unit.

Recommendation: Clean the filter monthly or more frequently with heavy use.

6.3 Cleaning the Brush Roll

1. Ensure the vacuum is turned off.
2. Detach the motorized brush head from the extension wand.
3. Locate the brush roll release tab on the side of the brush head and open it.
4. Remove the brush roll.
5. Use scissors or a cleaning tool to cut and remove any hair or debris wrapped around the brush roll.
6. Clean any debris from the brush roll housing.
7. Reinsert the brush roll, ensuring it clicks into place, and close the release tab.
