  • Storage: When not in use, store the mixer in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Cable Management: Ensure cables are not excessively bent or tangled to prevent damage to connectors and wiring.

8. Troubleshooting

  • No Power: Ensure the USB power cable is securely connected to both the mixer and a functional power source (5V/2A). Check if the power button is pressed.
  • No Sound Output: Verify that all input sources are active and their GAIN and channel volume faders are adjusted correctly. Check MAIN OUT connections to speakers/amplifiers and ensure their volume is up. Confirm headphone volume if monitoring.
  • USB Audio Interference/Noise: Some users have reported background noise or interference when using the USB output for recording on PC or Mac. If experiencing this, try the following:
    • Ensure proper grounding of all connected equipment.
    • Use high-quality, shielded USB cables.
    • Try connecting the mixer to a different USB port on your computer or a different computer.
    • Consider using alternative recording methods if the issue persists.
  • Bluetooth Connection Issues: Ensure the mixer is in Bluetooth mode. Check that your device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range. Try unpairing and re-pairing the device.
  • MP3 Playback Failure: Ensure the USB flash drive is formatted correctly (FAT32) and contains supported audio file types (MP3, WAV, APE). Try a different USB drive.
