3. Setup

3.1 Charging Your Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your Soundcore Q11i headphones. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the headphones and the other end to a compatible USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status.

3.2 Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator lights up.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator turns off.

3.3 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
2. Press and hold the Power button for approximately 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for "Soundcore Q11i" in the list of available devices.
4. Select "Soundcore Q11i" to connect. The LED indicator will turn solid blue once connected.

3.4 Multipoint Connection

The Soundcore Q11i supports connecting to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. To use this feature:

1. Connect the headphones to the first device as described in Section 3.3.
2. Disable Bluetooth on the first device. The headphones will re-enter pairing mode.
3. Connect the headphones to the second device.
4. Re-enable Bluetooth on the first device. The headphones will automatically connect to both devices.

3.5 Wired Connection

For Hi-Res Audio playback or when Bluetooth is not available, use the included 3.5mm AUX cable to connect your headphones to an audio source. Plugging in the AUX cable will automatically disable Bluetooth.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Controls

The headphones feature intuitive controls located on the earcups:

• Power Button: Power on/off, enter pairing mode.
• Volume Up/Down: Adjust audio volume.
• Play/Pause Button: Play/pause music, answer/end calls.
• Bass Button: Activate/deactivate BassUp mode for enhanced bass.

4.2 BassUp Technology

Press the dedicated Bass button on the earcup to instantly boost the bass. This feature is designed to provide a deeper, more powerful audio experience, particularly for genres like EDM and hip-hop. Press the button again to return to the standard sound profile.

4.3 Hi-Res Audio

When connected using the included AUX cable, the Soundcore Q11i headphones deliver Hi-Res Audio. This ensures a detailed and rich sound experience, leveraging the custom 40mm dynamic drivers.

4.4 Custom Sound Profile

Utilize the Soundcore app to customize your audio experience. The app offers 22 EQ presets and adjustable settings to tailor the sound for various environments and moods.

4.5 Making Calls

The Soundcore Q11i headphones are equipped with a wind-reduction microphone, designed to provide clear and crisp calls even in moderately windy conditions.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Regular cleaning helps maintain the hygiene and performance of your headphones.

• Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the headphones.
• For ear cushions, gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap solution if necessary, then dry thoroughly.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

5.2 Detachable Ear Cushions

The ear cushions of the Soundcore Q11i are designed to be detachable for easy cleaning or replacement.

1. To Remove: Hold the outer edge of the ear cushion firmly and twist it counter-clockwise. Then, pull it straight off.
2. To Attach: Align the tabs on the ear cushion with the slots on the earcup. Press gently and twist clockwise until it clicks into place.

5.3 Storage

When not in use, store your headphones in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The headphones can be folded for compact storage.

6. Troubleshooting

• No Power: Ensure the headphones are charged. Connect to a power source using the USB-C cable.
• Cannot Pair: Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (flashing blue LED). Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your device. If issues persist, try forgetting the device on your phone and re-pairing.
• No Sound: Check volume levels on both the headphones and your connected device. Ensure the correct audio output is selected on your device. If using AUX, ensure the cable is fully inserted.
• Poor Sound Quality/Intermittent Connection: Move closer to your connected device to reduce interference. Ensure no physical obstructions are between the headphones and the device.
• Microphone Issues: Ensure the microphone is not obstructed. Check privacy settings on your device to ensure microphone access is granted to the connected application.
