Getting Started (Setup)

Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the Powerboost Move device. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the device and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The indicator lights will show charging progress and battery level.

Attaching Massage Nodes

To attach a massage node, gently push the desired node into the opening at the front of the massage gun until it is securely seated. To remove, pull the node straight out. Ensure the device is turned off before changing attachments.

Operation

Powering On/Off

Press and hold the power button to turn the device on or off. The device will start at the lowest intensity level.

Adjusting Intensity Levels

Once powered on, press the power button repeatedly to cycle through the four available intensity levels. Select the level that provides the most comfortable and effective massage for your needs.

Using the Massage Gun

Gently press the massage gun against the desired muscle group. Move the device slowly over the area, applying light to moderate pressure. Avoid prolonged use on a single spot. The device is designed for use on the whole body, including larger muscles and targeted areas.

Using the Hot & Cold Node

1. Attach the Hot & Cold node to the Powerboost Move device as described in the 'Attaching Massage Nodes' section.
2. Press the dedicated button on the Hot & Cold node to activate heating or cooling. The indicator lights will change color (e.g., red for heat, blue for cold).
3. Allow a few moments for the node to reach the desired temperature.
4. Apply the node to the area requiring temperature therapy. Use in conjunction with the massage gun's percussion or as a standalone temperature application.
