2. Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow safety instructions can result in serious injury or equipment damage.

  • Always read and understand the entire manual before operating the compressor.
  • Ensure the compressor is placed on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated area.
  • Crucial Step: Before starting the machine, you must replace the oil plug with the breathing valve. Failure to do so will cause the machine to explode due to pressure buildup.
  • Do not operate the compressor near flammable materials or in explosive atmospheres.
  • Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses, during operation.
  • Never exceed the maximum rated pressure of the compressor or the item being filled.
  • Regularly check all connections for leaks before and during operation.
  • Keep children and unauthorized personnel away from the operating compressor.
  • Disconnect power before performing any maintenance or repairs.

3. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts listed in the packing list are present.
  2. Breathing Valve Installation: Locate the oil plug on the compressor. Remove it and install the provided breathing valve in its place. This is a critical safety step.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the compressor and then to a suitable 220V power outlet.
  4. Cooling System Setup:
    • Water Cooling: Connect the water pump to a water reservoir (e.g., a bucket of water). Connect the water inlet and outlet hoses to the compressor's designated ports and the water pump. Ensure water circulates freely.
    • Fan Cooling: The compressor features an integrated fan cooling system that operates automatically.
  5. Air Hose Connection: Connect the high-pressure air hose to the compressor's output port and to the item you intend to fill (e.g., PCP rifle, paintball tank). Ensure a secure, leak-free connection using the 8mm quick connector.
  6. Water-Oil Separator: Ensure the water-oil separator is properly installed in the air line to filter moisture and oil from the compressed air.

4. Operating Instructions

  1. Pre-Operation Check:
    • Confirm the breathing valve is installed.
    • Verify all hose connections are tight.
    • Ensure the water cooling system is functioning (if applicable).
    • Check the pressure gauge on the compressor and the item to be filled.
  2. Start Compressor: Turn on the power switch. The compressor will begin to operate.
  3. Monitor Pressure: Observe the pressure gauge. The compressor will rapidly increase pressure.
  4. Manual Stop: When the desired pressure is reached, manually turn off the compressor using the power switch. The TXES021 model does not feature automatic shut-off.
  5. Bleed Air: Slowly open the manual bleed knob to release residual pressure from the system before disconnecting the filling hose.
  6. Disconnect: Once pressure is fully released, disconnect the filling hose from the item.

Inflation Performance Example: A 0.5L diving tank can be filled from 0 to 30Mpa (4500Psi) in approximately 3 minutes.

5. Maintenance

  • Water-Oil Separator: Regularly check and drain the water-oil separator. Replace the filter elements as needed to ensure clean, dry air.
  • Cooling Water: Ensure the water reservoir for the cooling system is always adequately filled with clean water. Change the water periodically to prevent algae growth and maintain cooling efficiency.
  • Air Filter: Inspect and replace the air filter element regularly to prevent dust and debris from entering the compressor.
  • General Cleaning: Keep the exterior of the compressor clean and free from dust and debris to ensure proper heat dissipation.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the compressor in a dry, clean environment.
