Setup

1. Charging Your Speaker

Before first use, fully charge your Soundcore Select 2S speaker. Connect the provided USB-C to C cable to the charging port on the side of the speaker (under the silicone flap) and to a compatible USB wall charger (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator light will show charging status.

2. Powering On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the Power button (power icon) for 2 seconds.
• To power off, press and hold the Power button (power icon) again for 2 seconds.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Turn on your Soundcore Select 2S speaker. The Bluetooth indicator light will flash blue, indicating it's in pairing mode.
2. On your smartphone or Bluetooth device, enable Bluetooth and search for "Soundcore Select 2S" in the list of available devices.
3. Select "Soundcore Select 2S" to connect. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator light will turn solid blue.

4. True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

For an immersive stereo experience, you can pair two Soundcore Select 2S speakers together.

1. Ensure both Soundcore Select 2S speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds until you hear a tone.
3. The primary speaker will automatically search for the secondary speaker. Once connected, both speakers will play audio in stereo.

Soundcore App

Download the Soundcore app from your device's app store to unlock additional features and customize your listening experience. The app allows you to:

• Update firmware for optimal performance.
• Choose from various EQ presets (e.g., Soundcore Signature, Voice, Treble Boost, Balanced).
• Create custom equalizer settings.

Maintenance

Waterproofing (IPX7)

The Soundcore Select 2S is IPX7 waterproof, meaning it can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. To ensure full waterproofing, always make sure the rubber cover over the charging port is securely sealed before exposing the speaker to water.

Cleaning

Wipe the speaker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use any corrosive cleaners or chemicals. Ensure the speaker is dry before charging.

Battery Care

To maximize battery life:

• Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
• Store the speaker in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
• Charge the speaker at least once every 3 months to prevent battery degradation.

Troubleshooting

Cannot Pair with Bluetooth Device

• Ensure the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode (flashing blue light).
• Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
• Move the speaker closer to your device and away from any potential interference sources.
• Try unpairing and re-pairing the speaker from your device's Bluetooth settings.

No Sound

• Increase the volume on both the speaker and your connected device.
• Ensure the speaker is properly connected via Bluetooth.
• Try playing audio from a different application or source.

Charging Issues

• Verify that the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the speaker and the power source.
• Try using a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
• Ensure the charging port is clean and free of debris.
