Setup
Initial Winding
As an automatic watch, the MVMT Classic II is powered by the motion of your wrist. If the watch has stopped or is running low on power, it may need an initial manual wind. To do this, ensure the crown is in position 0 (fully pushed in). Rotate the crown clockwise approximately 20-30 times until the second hand begins to move consistently. Regular wear will keep the watch wound.
Setting the Time
- Pull the crown out to position 1 (first click).
- Rotate the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to set the hour and minute hands to the correct time.
- Once the time is set, push the crown back in to position 0 (fully pushed in) to start the watch.

Adjusting the Bracelet
The stainless steel bracelet can be adjusted by adding or removing links to achieve a comfortable fit. This procedure typically requires specialized tools and is best performed by a professional jeweler or watch repair service to avoid damaging the bracelet or watch.

Operating Instructions
Wearing the Watch
Wear your MVMT Classic II Automatic Watch regularly to ensure it remains wound. The natural motion of your arm will power the automatic movement. For optimal performance, wear the watch for at least 8-10 hours daily.
Water Resistance Guidelines
Your watch is water resistant up to 5 ATM (50 meters). This means it can withstand splashes, rain, and brief immersion in water, such as washing hands. However, it is not suitable for swimming, diving, or showering, as steam and prolonged submersion can compromise the seals. Always ensure the crown is fully pushed in before any contact with water.
Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean your watch, wipe the case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed immediately by a dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the watch's finish or seals.
Storage
When not wearing your watch, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and strong magnetic fields. The original watch box provides excellent protection.

Service
For long-term performance, it is recommended to have your automatic watch serviced by a qualified watchmaker every 3-5 years. This includes cleaning, lubrication, and checking the movement's accuracy and water resistance.
Troubleshooting
Watch Not Running or Stopping Frequently
- Insufficient Winding: Ensure the watch is sufficiently wound. If it has stopped, manually wind it by rotating the crown 20-30 times while it's in position 0.
- Lack of Movement: Automatic watches require regular wrist movement. If you don't wear it daily, consider using a watch winder or manually winding it every 24-48 hours.
- Crown Position: Check that the crown is fully pushed in (position 0). If it's pulled out, the watch will not run.
Time Inaccuracy
- Magnetic Fields: Exposure to strong magnetic fields (e.g., from speakers, refrigerators, or certain electronic devices) can affect the watch's accuracy. If you suspect magnetization, a professional watchmaker can demagnetize it.
- Impact: A severe impact can affect the delicate internal components. If accuracy issues persist after an impact, professional inspection is recommended.
- Service Interval: If the watch is several years old and has not been serviced, internal lubrication may have dried, affecting accuracy.
If troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, please contact MVMT customer support or a certified watch repair center.
